This was my second stay there in a week. I was overall very satisfied.

Front desk reception asked for my passport at check-in for ID but didn't return it (and I didn't notice). Hours later on I noticed my passport missing. I called the front desk. It took them about 20 minutes to find it. Why didn't they notice they had it and called me so I didn't need to panic for 20 minutes (I flying out hours later)?

Great location, good amenities.

Unfortunately there was an event at the pool during our stay, which had loud music on from 3pm onwards and reduced seating at the pool.

2/4 to 2/11 Front Desk - Rude staff and non-accommodating Concierge - this department phone calls are not responded promptly. As a concierge regardless of how busy you are the phones should always be answered. What is the point of having them if they do not answer the phone. Security - People in this department should have a little bit more common sense and be flexible enough to guest that are staying over two days especially when they see them in and out daily. If you are waiting for your rental car to be brought to you but took too long and you just want to go back inside the lobby to stay away from the hot weather. Is it Necessary for the guest to keep going to the same screening door? Of Which by the way was different treatment from the men security the day before. They did not make a big fuss about it. They actually offered and suggested for me to go back inside as supposed to wait outside.Sometime you have 3 or 4 people at the screening door doing nothing. If you really want the guest stay to be more pleasant and convenient you want to accommodate them and not make it difficult for them. Also these women security thinks they have more authority over men think again. Not a good practice and you’re just upsetting too many guest. Parking/Valet - On our first night when we checked-in our rental car with the valet service it was fine except the following morning when we asked them to fetched the car, when they brought it back the car smelled like a dead rat or a sewer. Where did they take the car or parked the car that it smelled that way. Did someone took the car for a joyride and trash it or what, Still did not get any answer about this. What a horrible smell. Room service - is great! The staff never fails to smile and always ready to help when you need something no matter how tired they are. “KUDOS” to these staff.

Dining; During Breakfast: CONS: 1. Welcoming staff literally “Blurts” out your room number and name in front of the other guest. No privacy at all. 2. The process are very slow 3. Breakfast staff were not very enthusiastic as if they are on their monthly period all the time. 4. Certain food are not cook very good. 5. Hard to approach the staff for any help 6. On our last day of breakfast someone ask if I wanted something hot to drink and I asked if they finally have a vanilla extract and the person said No, but they can replace it with something else. But that’s about it she never came back. Later in the middle of my breakfast another person came to pick up used dishes and I ask what happen to the alternate latte and said he has no clue, but will rush and make it now. During Dinner: CONS: 1. No privacy, they also yell out your room number and your name 2. Certain Filipino foods are not cooked with correct ingredients or cooked authentic. 3. Western Food - Seafoods are overcooked regardless of whether breakfast or dinner. 4. Indian Food - you can tell that the food are not freshly cook whether from day ago or 2 days before same thing. 5. Chinese and Japanese cuisine seems to be in the same spot and hard to tell which one is which. 6. Juices are too sweets 7. Coffee and Lattes - The first time I ask someone to make me a vanilla latte I was told that the vanilla extract was not available. The next day I asked I was told that they are still out and if I am willing to wait the staff offered if they could go out and buy some Starbucks. Of course I told him no need. The 3rd time I gave up. PROS: 1. Staff are much more friendlier and more at ease and offers help even comes out from behind the counter to help dish out the food if they see you struggling. Swimming POOL: 1. It is too chaotic. No separation between family with screaming children and single person here for business you can't relax.

- having a computer in free access for guests would have been perfect

Stunning facilities, the room is quite big, and the overall interior of the hotel was just awesome. Brilliant breakfast, huge variety of food, and all high quality.

The facilities are clean, and the staffs are approachable 🥰 all is great. My kids loved the stay there and wnt to go back again soon🤗

Location was fantastic and the manager was amazing at sorting out issues.

1. First room was dirty 2. They served us pork in the executive lounge even though we told them we couldn't eat pork . The manager then gave us a free buffet dinner downstairs but overall not happy. Stick to marriot if you can.

Liked the breakfast buffet selections with wide a varieties.

The area, atmosphere, and staff. I had booked a reservation for a dinner in the Vubble Pods. It was a phenomenal experience offered by this hotel. I spent new years on the 10th floor and it offered an amazing view towards the city. I’d return to the hotel just because of the convenience of location.

The breakfast at this hotel was average not a variety of food available in the breakfast. Unfortunately, they like to pack you like a bunch of sardines next to each other during breakfast because of the capacity.

Due to time constraints, I really didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel’s amenities however, front desk, security guard and concierge were very accommodating.

I had the ala carte breakfast, it took awhile for the waitstaff to take my order but I had a complimentary pastries which I enjoyed!

The swimming pool, the breakfast amazing buffet, the concierge (very helpful) and the staff overall.

Payment in advance for many things and no patience for staff while you enjoy a meal to ask for payment already. For a hotel of that size the gym is also quite small.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was great - the room was simply superb! I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Manila. It's connected with the shopping mall and other hotels as well.

The traffic in Manila is still crazy.

I like the gym and the pool. Also the fact that its connected to Newport Mall.

15-20 minutes wait when I got there to get in my room. Insects/cockroach 🪳 in my room. Broken charging plug at my bed side.

The trip was a gift for my cousin's birthday celebration. The team at Hilton Manila went beyond and helped made my cousin's stay even more memorable.

Staff were immediately attentive and helpful. The presentation of the hotel was immaculate. We ate in the Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor and the food was amazing and well priced. We enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities

The basketball World Cup event was starting in a couple of days, so the area and hotel was quite busy but were only a minor issue that didn't detract from a very welcome stay.

Breakfast was one of the best in Philippines

Excellent buffet breakfast with wide selection of dishes. Large swimming pool. Easy to walk to the airport and nearby mall.

Restaurants were expensive and the room was a little below expectations in that it didn't feel as well put together as others I've booked in Manila.
