Staff not friendly, they dont know how to talk to people.

The Staff were extremely kind! They were always happy to help, the cleaning staff was especially amazing always saying good morning and checking on us when they saw us each morning. The location was also great, walking distance to everything needed!

The wifi was extremely slow and did not work well. Wish the room was slightly bigger, but it had what was needed.

The check in process was miserable. Our flights were delayed, and landed at the hotel around 330am. They told us it would be about a 5 minute wait for the system as they were doing an audit. That 5 minutes was about 15-20 minutes. When I finally got to check in, they said I didn’t have a reservation, when I had all the confirmation emails for back up. Front desk finally booked another reservation on the spot, which cost more and they wouldn’t honour the price I had booked at the time. We got up to our room about 440am, we were tucked in bed and exhausted. The room phone rings and they ask me to go down to the front desk to go over the reservation because they didn’t believed me over the phone of the price I booked at. So finally I got back to the room at 515am to finally go to sleep, and somehow when I went down when they called they “just” found my reservation. I get it, they’re working night shift, but we travelled over 21hours and were exhausted and needed sleep, I think a note could have been handed over to the next shift and they could have called me mid morning. Having a guest go down at 5am is one thing, but calling the room and waking kids up at that hour. I think is disrespectful and could have been dealt with a different way.

Good price for what you get, I guess.

Location is the best part of this hotel.

Other than the housekeeping staff, everyone else seemed inconvenienced by guests at the hotel. The check in process was cold and not welcoming.

Not a whole lot, the staff were friendly enough. Value was alright considering the comparables but could have stayed at Fairmont for $100 more with breakfast included (it isn’t at IHG and is $25 pp), and had an incredibly different experience.

The rooms are tiny. I felt so claustrophobic with four of us. Also, please vacuum your hallways - it’s the gate to the room, the halls need to be clean too!

The bar in the hotel was lovely.

The staff were nice and the bedroom has a good size. The lounge hotel is really nice and confortable.

The Window was not closing perfectly so the cold air got into the room.

Check in and check out were efficient. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly.

I had requested a room on the quiet side of the hotel but was placed in a room overlooking the busiest street bordering the hotel. It was quiet noisy but fortunately it calmed down by midnight or I would have requested a new room.

Great Location, cool room with view. I'll go back.

At 3am the fire alarm got activated because a microwave... I heard from another customer that that happens often.

The beds are super comfy and everyone was very friendly.

A bit pricey for what we received.

The heat in our room wouldn’t go down. The thermostat didn’t work. The coffee machine didn’t work. There was no hot water to be had in the lobby. You needed to ask for a key to the washroom on the lobby floor.

It was a very pleasant to stay, the room was clean.

Limpeza e funcionalidade. Ótima localização. Perto de supermercados, restaurantes e do metrô. Aquecimento muito bom.

Location, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of services both in and outside the hotel.

The room was too crowded. One bed was in the way of the closet so I was unable to fully open the closet, had to basically squeeze sideways to walk between foot of bed and the closet. The room is fit for 1 bed only.

The amenities were fabulous.

worst hotel i ever been , they do not want to give me back the deposit they ask for my stay in toronto , horrible experience over there , once we arrive to that hotel , the recepcionist never welcoming she said we did not have a room ,finally she realised was a mistake but never apologise about it , then she asked for a deposit for 4 days even though we paid cash for the 4 days in that hotel , and , when we did check out they charged 60 dollars for nothing and we asked why is this charge ,she said no idea but you have to pay before claim , now after we came back to uk we sent several mail, requesting for the deposit back and this hotel never replied ,so what kind of people are working over there that never attend our queries , so never recommend this hotel , worst place to stay in toronto , rude people

Good location

Room was too small and very hot and could not adjust

The house keeping workers lost my sleeping eye mask. They also talked loudly on 8 am and woke me up. They still made some noise after I communicated with them. I was not respected.

I like that the room was very clean and spacious.

I didn’t like that they charge for parking.
