Is a decent place to stay for a night or two. The personnel was attentive. About 20 mins by car to the city center.
The hotel is a bit dated, they did not have any type of crib available.

No coffee in room (although there's at least a Tim Hortons right beside the hotel and in lobby; just not convenient in early morning); I would have liked conditioner and basic utensils such as a wine bottle opener in room.

There was a picture of the parking lot on the website. This was ultimately the determining factor in booking my stay. My work vehicle is very large and can’t be parked in a regular parking garage. The staff were courteous.

The location!!!! To far from all the attractions. Too close to the highway and even it's been renovated the floors is soft.

I enjoyed how there was a Tim Hortons a 30 second walk away from the hotel, the room/bathroom were nice looking, lots of parking, free wifi and
comfy beds
No breakfast options, only juice. Room and bathroom were not clean. Hallways had a gross smell.

It was fine for one night. Not what I am used to in terms of decor. It feels like an old motel that was renovated. But kudos for bathroom cleanliness.
The pictures I saw online did not tell the whole story. Old carpeting and furniture. But clean.

no complaints but a suggestion…inform guest that some rooms are on the second floor/stairs only. perhaps accessible parking and main floor accessible rooms? coffee maker in the room???

Cleanliness and comfortable beds!
It’s not that my friends from Europe didn’t like anything, just a suggestion to replace the power outlets with new ones that have usb ports for charging the devices.

Close to airport. Small room ok for couple. Reception was good. Late night check-in . They allowed 1 hr late check out. Good staff.
Have to take heavy luggages using stairs. Lift needed. No complimentary water bottle inside room as we were thirsty and late night not easy to get around when you arrive directly from airport and tired.
