Close to the Airport. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Feels quite run down. Marks on the walls, decor quite dated, peeling paint in the bathroom. Not worth 500 NZD for sure

Breakfast was not included in room rate, no complementary breakfast. It’s an older hotel by looks of my room which was a king non smoking expected more modern facility:accommodation for the price I paid.

The bed, size of bedroom and bathroom, cleanliness, the shuttle, and SOME of the hotel staff.

The hotel charged me $260.69, adding a $50 security deposit. They refunded me $37.62 Can you help me? I have their phone number, but don't want to pay out of country rates.

A footbridge on the highway outside the hotel is being pulled down, the noise started about 10pm & continued with pretty much constant jackhammers till about 4am, when we spoke to two separate members of staff if the morning we just got an “oh well” answer, I understand it isn’t the hotel’s fault but we paid $250 to not sleep.

There was a noisy heater in my room.

A comfortable room near the Toronto airport.

They overcharged my credit card and then they blamed it on booking, booking in turn blamed them. Third world accountability when it comes to charging the appropriate rate.

bathroom had mold in tub and bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, toilet wouldn’t stop running either

The room was clean and comfortable

Despite booking and paying for the room three months in advance, I was told the payment hadn't gone through and they essentially wanted me to hand over my card so I could pay again. I refused and eventually the manager came out and told me he would sort it. I kept hold of my card and wasn't updated about the situation at any point during the stay or during check out so I assume my payment had actually gone through. Also the toilet flush kept failing on us and we had to call maintenance twice.

Receptionist was very attentive and courteous as well as informitive regarding the Hotel.

Upon entering the room my wife immediately said the room felt like the inside of a refrigerator! The coffee provided was the absolute worst I have ever tasted!
