The property was heavily booked by soccer teams and spring breakers but surprisingly we never had an issue with noise. Rooms were clean and we were very comfortable with location, safety and the overall experience! It was minutes away from Disney Springs and shopping.

Breakfast could be overwhelming but we went earlier to beat the crowds. Front desk had a handy guide for avoiding the I flux of traffic at breakfast

close to evrything, restaurants, outlets, gas stations, airport.

we didnt even use the internet at all my kids dont have a chance to watch or play during night time. i cant even browse. my family want to say hi while were there but we cant bcoz no wifi the whole time we stayed.

I was on a business trip and needed to stay for the night. I accidentally booked SpringHill Suites Orlando instead of SpringHill Suites Houston. I immediately realised my error and asked kindly if this could be rectified. It has been almost a month now and I have never received any sort of response from SpringHill Suites Orlando, even via their Facebook page. DO NOT book this hotel if you want to make any kind of contact with them or if you want any human errors to be rectified.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr ausreichend, viel Auswahl ,die Zimmer sind Super groß und Sauber , der Pool ist Beheizt , sehr gut bis 22h geöffnet

18dollar zusätzlich pro Nacht fürs Parken zusätzlich zahlen , nachdem man für 7 Nächte 1000dollar zahlt , finden wir gar nicht gut. der Baustellenlärm , das der Whirpool an einen Sonntag nicht funktioniert hat , das obwohl am pool , Relax pool steht , wir uns ein Nachmittag lang schreiende große Kinder die ständig vom Pool Rand gesprungen sind anhören mussten . wir finden der Pool Bereich sollte behütet werden, damit sowas kontrolliert ist . so kann man nicht entspannen . Das 1000dollar einfach zu teuer ist für 7 Nächte. das man einen Küchenbereich im Zimmer hat , aber man kann sich nicht selbst versorgen . es gibt kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank , kein Herd , Kein Backoffen , keine Töpfe , gar kein Utensilien . 1 woche lang nur Fastfood ist einfach nur schlimm .

A good location near Sea World

My family found a COCKROACH in their room and their room carpet was totally wet making it impossible to walk barefoot. We also found dirty socks on the room floor probably from the last family that has been there before us. We found the coffee maker at first really dirty so we couldn't drink any coffee, later after the housekeeping lady cleaned it, we found out the coffee maker was burnt out. The only jacuzzi with ceiling on top on Courtyard Marriot was not working and the water was dirty. In brief, we had a really bad experience in this hotel, we talked to the hotel staff and manager but they didn't seem to take blame of what happend, for the cockroach thing they just gave us at first "500 marriot points" to keep spending on a hotel we didn't even want to be in, after raising our voice they just compensate us the cheapest night we've had. For all the other stuff I have mentioned, the hotel and manager staff just make it look like "normal things" that just happend always. Installations are super old and the poor management the hotel is gradually making the facilites unusable.

First of all i came with the idea of celebrating my sons 6th birthday but that didn't go as planned. I checked in to the Hotel and SARA was not very nice to me. I didn't like my room for several reasons and i expressed that to her in a nice way and she told me that there were no more rooms available so i asked her if she can switch us the following day and she still said that she had no rooms available. I walked by a few empty rooms so i founded strange that she didn't let me switch. The main thing was that i noticed a second charge from the hotel and i was being charged for a reservation that i had already paid for through bookings. I went down to the front desk when i realized this and Sara told me that she made a mistake and charged me again but that the money wass going to be released to me at check out therefore i could book tickets to LEGO LAND for my son as planned because of this hold on my card. Sara's response to me was "what do you want me to do take the money out of my pocket and give it to you?" i was stunned to hear her response. In conclusion after me going to the manager Matt and other employees only Rafael was able to discount the parking for me but not one single person there besides him offered me anything. I was so saddened because my son was sad about not visiting one of his desired parks. this was my first and last time at any Marriott.

The location was only 10 minutes from the Disney World parks. The complimentary shuttle was great to use! The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection.

The pool and hot tub were not really all that clean. I didn't go into the hot tub at all because it looked gross. The pool was better but still not as clean as it could have been. The carpets were older and needed a deep clean or replacement. The Starbucks is not a full service Starbucks and do not make specialty drinks so beware. My daughters were disappointed especially since one works at a Starbucks.

Llame muchísimas veces a la recepción y NUNCA respondieron. En 5 días nos limpiaron Dos veces la habitación y tuve que reclamar para que lo hicieran

De bedden en de douche waren best goed. Maar daar houd het ook wel bij op.

De service van het personeel. Op alle vragen die we stelden was het standaard antwoord eigelijk NEE. Niet mee willen denken. De housekeeping manger mag zelf beslissen welke kamer er word schoon gemaakt. Daar zit helemaal geen lijn in. Bij hogen uitzondering kregen we nog wat schonen handdoeken. De front office stond er met tegen zin en begon bij iedere gast die daar stond te zuchten. Het hotel is ook erg verouderd. Eigelijk was alleen de douche en het bed goed. Het ontbijt was erg beperkt. Ze hebben niets voor op brood. Alleen eiren en wafels. Ook waren de tafel erg vies en koffie steeds op. Personeel erg onvriendelijk

O quarto fala que acomoda 4 pessoas, mas na verdade é um sofá cama bem ruim, colchão fininho e a cama de casal é bem mole também.

They did not provide me with what room I had reserved stated that upon arrival room selection can change no where does it state that on any tiny print the room was dirty tv wasn’t work bathroom knobs of hot and cold water not working

The service and accommodations were horrible would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I call front desk to complain advise they can move me to correct room then advise me room wasn’t available. You pay for something you didn’t book

Ubicación: cerca de los outlets y disney springs... tienen traslados a los parques de Disney.

La ducha tenía problemas para drenar el agua. Se hacía literalmente una poza de agua en la tina porque estana muy tapada y tardaba en irse en el drenaje. Eso fue lo único incómodo.

O hotel derrubou a minha reserva. Eu tinha feito a reserva a partir do dia 09/02 e informei ao hotel via booking que eu chegaria dia 10/02 pela manhã, por isso tinha reservado para iniciar dia 09. Ao chegar na recepção, fui informado que não tinha quarto e que minha reserva tinha caído por no show. Informei ao Rafael, funcionário da recepção, que eu tinha escrito ao hotel que eu chegaria dia 10 cedo. Ele simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada e que não tinha quartos disponíveis e que o que o booking informa é da responsabilidade do booking. Pedi então o cancelamento com o ressarcimento da cobrança e ele, Rafael me disse que cancelou. Eu tive que reservar um outro hotel… Um absurdo isso tudo isso!!,

The location

Not enough transportation to/from Disney resorts or Disney springs. No airport transportation. At Check in the person was not friendly at all. Wasn’t much help when we asked about the transportation to Disney springs. Then went back down to sign up and he said the last one to Disney springs left at 530. Really 530 you didn’t have more after that.

Estacionamento amplo porém insuficiente, é cobrado 17 dólares a diária. Pagar e ter dificuldade para estacionar é algo absurdo… detalhe: não há outro lugar para se estacionar por perto. Então… fica quase obrigatório o estacionamento caso esteja com carro alugado.

Prático e simples.

Cobram estacionamento, além disso, eu não estavam de carro e lançaram 19 dólares dia na minha fatura

Room comfortable, breakfast good close to restaurants and as a bonus we got to see a rocket launch!

Windows were dirty, bus to Disney late and took ages my advice forget about that and get a Lyft only $13 and gets you there fast and before the crowds.

I chose the Marriott for 2 reasons. 1- For the Big Hotel Brand. 2- For their Shuttle service. But both were disappointing.

Staff is very unprofessional, shuttle service was a big disappointment, breakfast was almost similar for six days and not much choice for kids. Shuttle service was worst thing. I chose this location of Marriott because of the shuttle service but it was a total disappointment as there were only one or two times in a day. I had to wait for the shuttle service for about an hour with my family in extremely cold weather and having a precooked shuttle service. I called the front desk of the hotel three times they told me to wait. Then I took the contact number of the shuttle service company and called the shuttle service company representative told me that no bus is coming tonight to pick up. Then I had to take the Uber to come back to the Marriott from Disney.No one from the Marriott staff even excused me. The Marriott ( such a big name ) doesn’t have their own shuttle service as they have hired some shuttle service company. Most of the surrounding hotel had their own shuttle service after every 30 minutes. With this kind of shuttle service this location of Marriott is just rubbish.
