Pillows were awful

Location was good. Breakfast was satisfactory with lots of options.

No where on their website does it say anything about parking or fees. When we got there we were charged 45 dollars a day! I paid over 900 dollars for 3 days and was then charged another 135 dollars!! Housekeeping never stepped foot in our room the whole time. Trash was overflowing, towels were not picked up. ( No we did not have a do not disturb sign on the door) And at no point did anybody say we would have to ask for service) I’ve never stayed anywhere that housekeeping didn’t come in everyday or at least every other on an extended stay! We were also charged for somebody’s bar tab that wasn’t ours. I will never stay there again.

They have a fantastic breakfast. It was nice being 2 blocks of the main.

We stayed in a two king suite. Room was huge and comfortable.

At 11pm they lock the lobby doors which is not a bad thing but the security person that greets you treats you like your not good enough to be staying at this hotel. We went to a concert at the Fisher Center and it was after 11pm when we returned to the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk but they still lock the door for security. I am 64 years old and splurged to stay here for my birthday. I have never been treated like I wasn’t good enough to be at a hotel before.

My friend whom I invited to joined us experienced disrespect from one of the receptionist. The guy was so fresh and humiliated our friend and not hospitable to accommodate what he needs

The staff was outstanding. They were attentive and accommodating. Excellent breakfast every morning (best I've encountered in the industry).

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel has a few minor cosmetic issues, but those are minimal.

Conveniently located near a conference I attended.

Way over priced. Didn't even have a pool. Noise outside all day and night.

Not really a Hampton Inn problem, however the homeless that congregate around hotel are a problem, particularly when you are walking every where. This is second stay in past 3 months and encountered same issue.

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds at 513.00. Got there only to find out they changed us to a room with 1 king bed at the same price. 😫

The staff were amazing!!

Temperature inside hotel was way too warm and double eye infection from 2 feather pillows that were on the bed that I didn't know about.

The breakfast was really good. Maybe some biscuits and gravy could be added.

The view. We looked out onto a dumpster and homeless people sleeping on sidewalks. Other than that it was just other buildings. No view at all.
