It was relatively close to Disney, many food places around.

Location was great for all the theme parks if you have a car, free parking, wi-fi, fridge, microwave (which we didn't use).

had to change rooms 3 times, over 2 visits... Once for a wet floor and toilet that didn't flush properly. Second time due to leak from the ceiling onto my bed and third time due to two cockroaches in the sink area.

the hotel itself . this place needs to be redone in every room bc I’m sure all these rooms look the same. the room is a nice set up and a lot of remodeling needs to happen . this is a tourist city , they need to do better .

Great location.... It was very quiet given the location. The pool area was very clean.

When I first arrived to check in the second I was finished, I turned around and someone dressed in black said " oh follow me to get your welcome package...." So they direct you to the entertainment desk where they offer you coupons. Then they ask you if you are going to any theme parks ...that's when they attempt to book you for a timeshare MEETING. I was extremely upset because I told the woman that I was exhausted from traveling all day, but she continued to press the meeting. I feel if I pay for my room then I should not be haggled the second I get there. Also there was a VERY large roach in the bathroom it seemed to have came from under the tub... they should seal the bottom of the tub. But I will also mention that my room was on the main level by the pool...so maybe the water attracted it. This may also be the reason for the moisture in the room, there was no ventilation in the room.

Shuttle should run more often. Shuttle driver left while we were standing right at its door because it was 2 minutes past departure time.

The location was perfect for restaurants and bars. Not far from the theme parks - very close to Unvirsal Parks. Plenty of parking on site - just get a parking pass from reception when you check in. Walking distance to Denny's, IHOP, MacDonalds and ICON Park. Housekeeping maintained our room well. Beds were always freshly made, towels refolded, bath, sink and toilet cleaned, interior of fridge and microwave were clean. Couldn't fault them. Aircon was great - kept the room at a manageable temperature.

The room needs updating. It was tired and unappealing. There was a lot of dirt behind the microwave, fridge and beds. We didn't think this is house keeping's fault. There is only so much they can do in the time allotted. The room needs a deep clean. That said, it is one of the cheapest hotels in the area so although we weren't expecting, marbled floors and champagne on arrival there is a minimum standard of cleanliness that should be upheld.

The room was excellent given the price! Overall clean and comfortable.

The room smells quite musty and can be better improved.
