Good location, close to airport. Efficient shuttle service and check in. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Lobby area was nice. Friendly staff.

Some minor issues like make up stains on the bedding, no body wash in the dispenser and no coffee pods in the room (although we called reception and housekeeping were quick to bring some). Not quite the standard you expect from the Westin.

The room was comfortable after my connecting flight was canceled. Spacious enough for a quick night's sleep. The proximity to the airport was very convenient, and the hotel even had a free shuttle running to the airport regularly.

The pool was closed, parking is $55 per day, no vending machines, bar is very overpriced, you also have to pay extra for WiFi. You have park in the parking garage, then take an elevator to access hotel, then another elevator to access hotel in order to get to your room.

Really tacky surface on all of the room doors, carpet is terribly ugly, BLINDING (like injury lawsuit blinding) bathroom light triggered by motion sensor in the middle of the night bathroom use, super filthy window in 671, really drafty window frame needs professional sealing around ALL glass. You can easily hear your neighbors. You’re on airport property and flights start at 6 am, so expect the noise.

The hotle is close to Airport, and hotle provides Shuttle service and this is an excelent Service at LA, because it is very difficult to access TAXI at Airport. The hotle is close to High Way, overall the hotel is very good to access airport because I rented a car then It was easy to go around.

It is so convenient for us when we are traveling to stay at Westin and have 24/7 shuttle for the airport and we also leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel till we return. Just awesomely convenient. All the staff are great and your restaurant has good food. Thank you.

Everything about the Westin LAX made us happy. The close proximity to the airport and all personnel we encountered were very courteous and efficient. The property and the rooms were very clean. And the beds were extremely comfortable. We already made notes that we would stay there again.

I wish there could have been beer & wine available in the little store to purchase to take to the room. Buying from the bar was ok, but a bit pricey.
