Price was ok for a busy weekend and for the most part the room was okay.
There were random hairs in the bathroom and my key card kept not working. The property is run down but the room was decent. Too many wanderers outside and parking was a little tight on busy nights. Had someone pound on my door at 9 pm at night. Don't know who it was because I didn't answer but called the front desk and it wasn't them.

shower only, I duct taped drain to take a bath; 2 shampoos and bars of soap/no lotion or conditioner; room heater worked intermittently and needed to be pushed in again to work; heard people next door, rough sheets; felt threatened by sketchy male tenant parking oddly so moved to keep car safe as per lady manager; good quiet refrig; begin again continental breakfast since world situation has ended and other hotels/motels started food service last year.

Spotless, even smelled clean. Clearly remodeled, its a good remodel too; 207. If you're inclined, it's only a two mile walk to Huntington Beach!
Soundproofing - lots of outside noise made it through the door.

Thr rooms are very spaceish and very nice design on the restrooms.
The fact that the heater don't blow hot air. And also I was charge twice on the property.

I have not received my deposit that I was told would be a few days. it has been 19 days

The bed was big and everything was beyond my expectations, especially for the price I paid. It felt like a five star. Linens and room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you!! I will definitely use this place again the next time I travel this way.

Location. Area. Price
Room was distroyed. Holes in the floor. TV didn't work. Had to change rooms. Yellow mattress. The employee tried to fix the tv in our room for over an hour at midnight before finally I had to ask for another room.... Staff was very grumpy over my room not being up to par when I checked in late at 6-8 pm from driving hours.. plenty of time to make sure the room was a working room before I arrived. Also my room was different from other rooms. I think booking .com gets the bad undone rooms, and full paying to the hotel customer gets the nicer redone rooms. Clearly visible. And there were plenty of vacancies there that night. Could have given us the refabed room. They were all empty anyways. Family lives on premises so could do more to prep a room before a tired guest arrived! I give them a 1 on a scale of 1-10 😔 shamefull

No pool, registration was at Window, had to knock on door to get them to come register! TV was not working in our room, got them to come and fix it!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Great price and good drive to the beach.
The breakfast was unappealing and the coffee not very good. No coffee or tea in the room. Had to ring to get lobby opened to make coffee from a machine as they did not open for breakfast unless you rang the buzzer.
