Very modern funky hotel in Manhattan. Loved the funky chic feel! En-suite rooms were fantastic and large! Had all the mod con facilities in your room from the fresh water tap in the luminous blue lighted box, to the superb coffee machine,to the wonderful very luxe bath robes( my 16 yr old lived in it while we stayed @ the hotel for a recent surprise 16th bday trip & we ended up purchasing one to bring back home for her Xmas present!) The staff were fantastically polite and full of smiles! They couldn’t do enough for you and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was very enjoyable! There was a fantastic gym very modern and clean. The hotel was located right by the Hudson. Nice runs and walks along the waters edge. All in all a fantastic stay! We do love the hotel and location we’ve stayed there several times on family trips to NYC from the UK. It’s an hour away from JFK & it’s a set price for the taxi fare from the airport to the Conrad so no added extras! ($60?)

Hotel with lots of modern tech and gadgets. Automatic water filter station and the complimentary water bottles provided was great initiative. Great location with lots of restaurants around. The Gentleman at the front desk who assisted us on Sunday 15th October was amazing.

We stayed at one of the Hudson river view room. There is clear gap between both bathroom doors. Outsiders can clearly see activities inside. It is really uncomfortable when staying with kids. I do not recommend this type of room for families with childrens. Also our room was not equipped with the facilities as listed under the selected room category in booking.com. There was No microwave, no refrigerator, No kitchenette. Although microwave was provided after inquire about it. This is kind of misleading. I would expect Booking.com and Hotel to correct these errors.

The location of the room and the look and feel.on arrival is great.

Service staff enter the room at will if the 'Privacy' button is not on. For two or so of the four days, there were dirty glasses left outside the room door.

Right as we were checking out, bellman was rushing my wife and kept asking if i was coming with the car. I didnt take long at all but he seemed annoyed. But the rest of the staff were wonderful, patient and accommodating.

Location! Neat hotel

Our go to hotel for NYC. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of Mid-Town. Sure, the downtown location could be a bit inconvenient, but the quiet peace you get at night is worth it. Believe me.

Draconian mini bar policy made me eat all cakes and pastries my wife kept buying...late at night.

Comfortable, stylish, clean hotel. Helpful staff, location is the best ever! Great view to Hudson river, very quiet, and most of sighseens are able by walk.
