The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable . The breakfast was very good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A BIG THANKS to one person who help me is GINA.

They need more handicap rooms with walk in showers. And more grab bars. Also I booked a room there because they have a indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told that the hot tub wasn’t working. It didn’t not state that on the internet. When I made my reservation. We are senior citizens and have arthritis and that hot tub would have helped us tremendously.

Pool only thing about this hotel but inside the pool area was a true safety hazard cause there were buckets and yellow tape around hot tub and bathroom was blocked off ... true safety issue in there ...

There was mold in room along with tiles coming up in bathroom carpet was wet in room... I had my granddaughter that has asthma this place honestly needs to close down until its remodeled I paid out money that i should have saved and slept in my vehicle i think it would have been safer but they already had taken my money .... i was returning my granddaughter to her mom the next day so I had to stay there .... I shouldn't have had to pay trully a Hazard to someone health with black fresh mold in rooms

The facility was okay.

There was a big blob of sticky black stuff on the carpet. The maid should of cleaned. It was a large area. The bed sheet looked like it was slept in with big folds on the bottom sheet. The bottom sheet was not tucked around the matress on either side. No hot water in the breakfast area. I did complain to the manager when we checked out.

The staff was ok. I know they are terrified of the new manager

Dogs which I asked to not be right across from one but they did!! No milk for cereal. hardly any fruit

I liked the fact that the stay offered a hot breakfast, but the breakfast was not good at all. We tried the cinnamon roll waffles, and they were sour. The sausage was super salty and the bread for toast was not fresh. I would definitely stay there again, it probably won't eat the breakfast.
