The size of each room . The private bathroom. The beds were comfortable! The indoor pool!
I found a sprite top beside my bed. I also don't like the the regular rooms are the ones with the glasses shower doors. We always get a suite. So we get shower curtains. 🤦♀️

Exercise room had broken equipment for weeks. Treadmill and peloton bike were unusable.

I appreciate the courtesy given at initial check-in. The front desk lady was amazingly sweet and that king suite...SPEECHLESS! Semi missed the breakfast, but the chef allowed me to grab a few fruit items since I was already on the go for the morning run. Thank you guys my wonderful experience!!!
I didn't realize they had a gym and indoor pool in the vicinity so a bit upset I didn't test that out. However, there is ALWAYS a next time!!

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The breakfast was nice.
We did not like the lack of towels. If you know your patrons are staying more than one night, there should be more than one day of towels.

I got charged an extra 404 dollars for 2 rooms that has a hold on my bank and its been 3 days and still has not been sent back so beware they will charge you!!!

The location was easy and convenient to get to with easy access to local shopping. The room was very spacious and I love that it included toiletries. I felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel. The breakfast was clean and offered a variety of foods - the attendant even assisted me with making my waffles!

Clean and safe. Love the location being that it was in walking distance of a host of restaurants and stores.
Other guests were a little noisy. Being it was New Years, I didn't complain because it wasn't too bad. My car was hit in the parking lot by another guest. The hotel staff was notified and they alerted me of the incident.

I cut my leg after checking in the room , the bed had something sticking out from it and I sliced my leg
gabby the lady that checked me in brought me first aid supplies to clean my wound and said she reported it but no one did anything about they didn't even come fix the bed

The breakfast was fantastic, room was clean, bed was great, and A/C very welcome.
The hook for the towel in the bathroom needs to be tightened, as it simply spins. Hang a towel on it, and the towel falls to the floor. And no freezer in the refrigerator? Why? And the refrigerator was basically worthless. I wanted to chill some waters and sodas, and ended up just using one of the trash cans and ice from the machine.
