The staff was excellent, friendly, Courtois and great. When I will plan to come back, I will consider HYATT as my first choice.

The room was clean, but a bit on the small side for the length of our stay and price paid, however, the booking was very last minute due to a cancellation from another hotel. Overall, a great stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the area is amazing with lots of restaurants. The hotel is within a reasonable distance to downtown Atlanta. Will definitely stay again.

Small room and bathroom with no tub. No microwave in the room, and the one for guests was extremely too small.

The staff were very helpful when I notified them of the uncomfortable conditions of our room. Spoke with The front desk and they switched my room immediately and asked how else they could accommodate our belongings we couldn’t refrigerate originally and we’re very kind about it. The breakfast was very good and the location was central to lots of shopping and food attractions. Definitely will stay again

My original room was a disabled accessible room where the a/c did not work nor the mini fridge and room had an odor.

I was dissatisfied in the housekeeping service, simple accommodations weren’t met. My room wreaked of a musty odors even after my family requested for their room to be cleaned after we were gone all day and nothing was done and the trash was still sitting in our room after I tried to put my items outside of the door.

The staff was pretty friendly. The location was good. The pool was decent especially because there weren’t a lot of people out. The bed was very comfortable. The parking situation was good; only $10/night.

The hotel was just blah. No real wow factor. Outdated furniture, carpet, pictures. There was hair in the shower. Not a huge deal but it made me question walking with my bare feet on the carpet. I assumed every hotel had a Smart TV. It was frustrating that there were only basic channels and no Netflix which meant nothing to watch. I asked the lady at the front desk to put my ice cream in the freezer. When I went to retrieve it, apparently it had been discarded. I’m still on hold waiting to speak to a manager, it’s been ten minutes of hold music.

They charged me $10 per night for parking and I am not satisfied

I call them and told me parking is free of charge and during 12 nights only one time vacuumed my room

The Room was very spacious and clean. I was happy with the layout. The breakfast had a number of items to choose from and was a good mix of hot and cold. The location is Buckhead, which is about 9 miles from downtown so not too far from things.

Even though the breakfast had plenty to choose from, there needs to be a better system of keeping some of the items warm. The french toast ended up being a little cold. or at least have a microwave to warm it up just in case.

The location was really nice, close to a lot of food, bars, and shopping. The room was clean and smelled fresh which is always appreciated. Parking was easy and seemed secure in a parking deck next door.

The facility was well maintained and the staff was friendly. Plenty of space to sit with friends and family to dine for breakfast. Parking garage was a close walk which made leaving and going easy with ease also knowing your car was secure.

The beds was just so unbearable that most of our guests slept on the couches without pulling the bed out, most definitely the hardest bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. Smell of marijuana all around the building and parking garage.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was very down to earth.

The location was great, in the middle of Buckhead, Atlanta. The bed was large and soft. The set up was good too. The room was spacious enough for two of us.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. We didn't have any trash bags in our room either. Also, the refrigerator was barely cold enough to keep our food and drinks fresh.
