Quiet location

Booking system malfunctioned; they were showing another guest our room while we were getting ready the next morning. We booked two nights while the system had us in for only one.

Was put in a conjoined room with very loud people that we could hear very clearly through the door and put in the first room next to the downstairs side door that slammed shut every time anyone came in or out it was pretty hard to sleep. Bad luck I guess. Breakfast tasted good though.

I like that it was clean and comfortable. The location was nice.

Booking.com and the hotel apparently don't communicate because it was the wrong room configuration. We get in at 1 am dead tired, ready to sleep and go to work the next morning; then I discover the (2) twin bed room I paid $143 for wasn't there. Your site and Holiday Inn got the wrong room with a single bed instead of 2 twin beds. Not only that, but the hotel refused to switch the room despite the correct configuration being available. Absolutely unbelievable. How hard is it to just switch the room and make it right? I even offered to pay the $9 difference. Instead the attendant just shrugged their shoulders and went outside for another cigarette. I can't call the booking.com line at this hour, and the hotel was of ZERO help. They acted slightly confused about the room type when I arrived despite it being paid for and booked (or so I thought). I'm beyond disappointed and quite frankly I feel my money should be refunded due to not receiving what I paid my hard earned money for. This entire experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth for booking.com in terms of services rendered. The same sentiment is true of Holiday Inn. My only minor complaint is that the ice maker on my floor was broken - but was able to go to another floor and get ice

Tristan who checked me in was very prejudice towards me and rude he charged me $150 deposit and I have never been charged any type of deposit since I have been staying there. It is now May 19 I stayed there May 13 he has purposely tied my deposit up holding it because he is hateful and prejudice and should be fired for this he most definitely could not represent any of my businesses. After I swiped my card he proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to stay there but it would take 5-7 days before I got my money back. I went to the room I had requested 2 beds and I got 1 bed with a old jacuzzi tub. Knowing that I had my grand daughter with me. The worst experience I have ever had . I have a video but it won't let me upload it

The property is centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, quaint “kitchen” area in King Suite, spa tub was wonderful, checkout is at noon.

The heated pool was cold, breakfast ends at 9 - so no chance to sleep in and still have breakfast.
