A/C was wonderful in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Found out the pool was closed AFTER I paid for our room due to the pump not working. Absolutely unsatisfied about this! Traveling with 2 kids, decided on this place because it had a pool. There is no other entertainment for kids here so the pool WAS a must. Roach on the floor of our room and bathtub and floors were NOT clean.
Also soon after check in while we are in our room, we get a knock on the door because my son was too loud. Ummm he is autistic, screams because of sensory issues and is extremely hyper active. It's not even 5pm...calm down Karen's!

The beds are very comfortable
The pool was green, the toilet in our daughters room was broken and did not get fixed .

Hotel amenities were excellent. Rooms and beds very comfortable.
The toilet and tub held water the first night then eventually everything was flushing normal.

THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL FROM THE DESK CLERKS, HOSEKEEPING AND THE LADY WHO HOSTED BREAKFAST, EVERYONE THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS EXCELLENT

The Front desk and on duty manager was exceptional. They were helpful and location was.great and all shopping and restaurants were in close proximity. The hotel was clean and smelled good in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The elevator was not working properly was working with loud noises.

room doors were hard to unlock. bed mattresses were stained , toilets were hard to flush and hair was on sheets.

Was typical hotel offering. Nothing special except nice bananas.
Toilet nearly overflowed. My husband had to go to desk to get and then use a plunger. No accommodation was offered. The sheer blind was torn and repairs made to toilet paper holder were obvious and unfinished. Front desk woman,Faith, was lovely when
we arrived and very helpful.
