Tucked away from the beaten path. Old school hotel. Not a lot of frills…just the way I like it. WiFi was great.

Toilet was loose from the floor.

My Booking.com reservation could not be found.

The restaurant on site left much to be desired (food, staff, vibe, all of it)

We liked the fact the property was quiet.

We did not like the golf course view, which we requested, excepted, and paid for, since the view from two third-floor rooms were blocked by trees.

Leaving

Was supposed to have a golf course view and all we saw was trees. No scenery.bed sheets were on backwards with tags by pillows. Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dust on towel and toilet paper hangers. Fridge didn't work. Cable TV kept shutting off. Worse hotel stay ever

The location was super discrete, and the pool had tall hedges around it which I liked.

Unfortunately, they only have one elevator, and are not flexible in accommodating any late check-outs at all. They also did not have any pool towels available my entire stay, and the house keepers forgot to clean out the coffee maker as there were left over coffee bags still inside the machine. Their restaurant down below called Oak Tavern was terrible. I gave my exact order on what to take off of my food and they still gave it to me with everything on there anyways. If I had been allergic I would have been on my way to the hospital. Breakfast time was no better. Staff was a bit rude, and just a fair warning to those who purchase breakfast with your booking: It does NOT cover all of your guests, ONLY one.

Staff was friendly, property is beautiful near a golf course and other main stores. The beds were soooo comfortable we all had a great nights sleep! Clean, friendly, good location can’t get any better than that!

Everything was great!

Booked this room for my daughter and new son in law’s first night as a gift. They loved it and were so impressed!
