Extra non-refundable pet fee was not expected. Only received vouchers for 2 breakfast even though 3 in our party were reserved.

Holiday Inn Martinsburg - the rooms were clean, big, nice bathroom and pets were allowed.

really nice breakfast, good choices available. Location is perfect; right off I81. 'We've stayed here before and will do so again. Dog friendly too, which is necessary for us.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very courtesy.

There was nothing I disliked

So much! Our room was quiet and dark for sleeping. The beds were firm. There was an armchair and ottoman (This feature was why I chose this hotel).The cleaning, cooking, and desk staff were very friendly. The omelets were scrumptious.

The manager. We were in the area for an auction which closed at 12:15p and we would know by 12:35 if we won the items worth thousands. The items could only be picked up the following day, possibly requiring another night at the hotel. The manager would not allow a 1:00 extension so we were forced to check out of our 3rd floor room. I had to go somewhere in the lobby area with all our stuff to continue online bidding and phone calling where other guests would not be disturbed; so I went into the room adjacent to the lobby. The manager quickly escorted me out of the room saying it costs money to use it and suggested I sit next to the TV. (I suggest you lock rooms you do not want guests to use.) In the end, we won our items 🎉 and paid for a new room on the 5th floor and lugged our bags and suitcase back upstairs. What a hassle. Lastly, the next morning at 8:30 there was no regular coffee. What?! We had a busy morning and a 5 hour car trip ahead of us. There was also confusion about what was included in our $7 breakfast (not the omelets). That’s poor management in my book.

I loved the spa tub in my room it was fantastic, the staff was amazing and so friendly towards us during our stay. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, I was provided towels and soaps along with “bubbles” for my spa tub. The room was very clean and being able to control the thermostat was a huge perk not many hotels offer. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets and sheets were extremely soft and plush. I have recommended this hotel to many friends and family and will continue to do so. My stay was exceptional it’s set the bar quite high for any hotel stays in the future.
