It was close to restaurants and the beach

Our room was upstairs and was very difficult to climb. No elevator! Strong Bleach smell in the room. A family had a screaming child most of the night. We had COVID and couldn't cancel the 3rd night. We left on March 2nd not 3rd.

Only thing we liked was the closeness to the beach access

Everything the bed sheets were dirty filled with dog hair a roach underneath the sheets there was some type of bugs bitting me during the night we found a pipe in the back of the nightstand while looking for an outlet to plug in our charger the lamp next to the ac unit was making weird noises like it was about to short out the ac unit was making loud noises to the point it kept me up most of the night besides the bugs bitting me this was by far most unpleasant stay

Rates are pretty high for just an old motel. Swimming pool was dirty. Jacuzzi didn't work.

Great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very clean room, smelled amazing when we walked into our room. AC unit worked very well, super cold. Hot water in shower was good too. We could have used another set of towels but we didn't ask, we made do. Enjoyed the refrigerator and our kids love the microwave.

If I have to pick something, out dated decor

The price

The floors were filthy in the room, bad enough you couldn't walk around barefoot without getting your feet dirty, and there were roaches in the room. We booked a separate reservation to stay an extra night, and so far, that room seems better. I will review it once we leave. The lady at the front said she would talk to the manager, and there's a possibility that we might get a discount on the last night/2nd reservation, due to the bug infestation, which is yet to be discussed further.

Staff was very friendly.

Felt very outdated and for the price paid for one night was not impressed!!
