It has a nice deck area over looking the pool. It was pretty fun to stand there and let my kid run for a bit.

This hotel was nasty. We turned the faucet on and it took a good 5-10 for it to cut on. And then when it did come out it was brown. The toilet water, the sink water, and the shower water ALL BROWN!! I could never get ahold of the front office either. We came here, used the bathroom, caught up on some needed sleep after traveling all night and then woke up and left. Front lobby smelled funny so we didn’t even try for the breakfast.

Location. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was fairly good.

Not clean, I found a paper plate under a chair (visible). My feet got dirty walking on the floor on the first day. The bathroom door had black on it by the door handle from use. (It could and should have been cleaned) the painting on the baseboards was terrible quality. Paint on the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable.

It was pet friendly. Free breakfast and not a terribly far walk to downtown l. The bed was comfortable. Seemed like a safe area I didn't feel scared to walk to my car at night.

Had no idea there was a $20 per pet fee until check in. I looked back at my booking email and it did not state this fee anywhere. There were smears and splatter on the back of the bathroom door. No water pressure. The grass in the dog area needed cut. There were no bags to pick up dog poo so there was dog poo all over the pet area. The lobby smelled horrible like smoke.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to everything and avoid finding parking and dealing with traffic. The place was clean, but outdated and dingy.

We had our dog with us. We were up on the third floor. The pet bathroom spot was very far away, and all it was was one small area of grass. Otherwise, there was nowhere for her to go. Also, the description of our room said we had a fireplace. There was no fireplace.

The staff is amazing there! We’ve stayed here around 10 times and they are great each time!

Location and access to room

Rude old coot at check-in. He was rude to guests (not us as he wasn’t the clerk who checked us in) and he was rude to the other check-in clerk. Tiny office for check-in which made checking in crowded. Not safe healthwise being in that close contact to so many people at one time. And they wouldn’t allow a 30 min early check in which would eliminate the crowded office.

Large room, pet friendly, nice fireplace. Nice check-in person. Didn't have any problem staying with a dog.

Elevator very slow, so didn't even use. The outside walls could use a makeover. As others have said, the property has alot of potential. Parking could be better.

Close to attractions and restaurants.

Seemed dated. Bed uncomfortable but good value for the price.
