The staff was very nice and friendly and the location is great. Parking was good and once I discovered the exit door close to my room, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel.

The luggage carts were sparse, and the hotel seems worn out. I can tell it’s a newer build but the hallway carpet is faded and worn with runs, the doors and hardware are loose and jiggly, the bathroom needs maintenance attention. The toilet looked like it had been worked on a lot and I had to call service because my room didn’t have hot water. The front desk was very busy and it was an unreasonable amount of time trying to get an answer about the water. Eventually I did talk to someone who didn’t seem very worried about it. That really bothered me because the water wasn’t just luke warm, it was unbearable for a shower cold. Once I ran the water for about 15-20 minutes it started to warm up enough that I could rinse off. I don’t know, I’ve stayed in other Hotel Indigos and had a much higher expectation for this location based on my other experiences being so fantastic. I would stay at Hotel Indigos again but I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

the pool was cold the hot tub was rusted out tiles had fallen off the waterfall area was full of mold all over-very poor upkeep disturbing to me the hot tub wasn’t warm enough I walked down the stairs to find mold dirt on the wall, my bedroom was too far from the main desk for a single senior who had driven for 81/2 hr in my room the window screens were full of dust and dirt looked filthy, there was a screen on the ground in view- no refrig, or ice on the 2nd floor as out of order-when I said could you bring the ice to me (I’m 68) they said go to the 3rd 4th Fl ! the food selections were way too high priced-i used the toilet roll and as it was bent the toilet roll fell off and rolled into the shower! I asked where the Starbucks was (1/2 mi away) didn’t know exactly where it was. I walked around, found an Asian bowl place which was great all for 15.00. no recommendations, for alternate places were listed anywhere. the flowers were dried out, half dead near the pool. i am sorely disappointed by the place-I want a refund. I have never asked for a refund from any hotel all over the world and in tons of hotels-but after this one I am requesting one. How do I get one?

not a boutique hotel. Too pricey for this hotel. Computers were down during stay. inconvenience but staff did great job of compensating.

The room was clean, some of the staff was nice.

For about $200/night and no microwave or refrigerator in the room? I could get this amenity at a Motel 6. I told a staff member my toilet was clogged and the reply was something like 'we may not be able to get to it soon.' I went out from roughly 10am-2:30pm, came back, room was not cleaned.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. WE LOVED OUR STAY!!

There was nothing we did not like.
