Dunkles Zimmer und kleines Bad. Aber völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht.

The food was fine.

We had a hard time coming into the hotel because of the card that was not actually working and they gave us a new one but still the same issue. We have to pushed hard the door until it open. It’s been like that.

Pool was nice

Staff could have been more helpful when my ipad was stolen from my room by the maid. No compensation for the loss and the manager insinuated that I lost it myself or that I didn't have it with me in the first place, so in fact calling me a liar. Very unprofessional!

The accomodation is close to the universal studios which is really nice. The staff is also friendly and helping out.

The building is very old and needs to be updated. Also the room was not really nice while it was outdated and not that clean. Unfortuntaly they only have 1 shuttle a day to the parks around 10:00AM and it doesn’t go right away to the Magic Kingdom park even. In the end we had to take our car.

good location for what I needed & enjoyed the breakfasts

rooms were a bit run down & really need decorating. I booked & paid for a room for the next week, when I was returning to Orlando, because the location was good. I asked for the same room because it was on the ground floor, making it easy for me to move my luggage from the car, as I was travelling alone & was told it was booked. But when I came back this wasn’t the case, I was told it wasn’t available & was given a room on the second floor, not near a loft & close to the main road which was noisy.

Loved the king suite room. Room was clean and bed was made everyday. Delicious breakfast that wasn’t the same everyday. Clean pool. Friendly and helpful front desk workers. Super close to parks and entertainment.

By the end of the day the pool always ran out of towels.

Juliet front desk was especially helpful in accomdating our needs and friendly. 😁 Other staff provided good customer service as well. The breakfast was very enjoyable, good selection.

The room really needs a refresh, from bathroom to walls and lamp shades with dirt or rust on them. Room by the pool and road very loud. Blowing leaves pool on Sat a.m loud and early.the metal steps to upper rooms ,very loud. Noise was a bit of an issue.
