It was a nicely decorated hotel, and it was clean. Check in lady was very nice. It's right off the highway and easy to get to the things we needed.

The fronts desk clerk was extremely helpful when our plans made it necessary to check in early. Also it was a newer property, and was extremely clean and well maintained

The location wasn’t ideal for our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If I’d come to visit the space center it would have been ideal

The hotel was clean and orderly. The room was nice. The king-size bed was very comfortable and I particularly appreciate the fact the HVAC was thermostat controlled. A small thing, but I like the Neutrogena brand toiletries.

Overall a nice stay. The staff was attentive. However, as we waited for an attendant to check us in, she took a few minutes to get there and was not very friendly and seemed to be "rattling off a script" she'd been instructed to say. Which initially I thought was rude. Then, I saw that she was also cleaning and sanitizing the hotel when not at the front desk. So, in the multi tasking she may have lost some enthusiasm for customer service and just wanted to get her job done. Something management might want to be aware of when scheduling staff.

No complimentary breakfast of any kind. I understand paying for dinner but breakfast?? For the nightly rate a continental breakfast should be included. Also in the hall leading to our room you could smell wet dog. I am all for pet friendly and thankful the odor wasn’t in our room but I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention

Location was great and the hotel is beautiful, great pool and gym

Their is a very expensive pet fee and it is per animal. The pet fees cost more than a 1 night stay. The hotel contental breakfast is not included but is very nice selection.

Great location for our travels. We needed a couple of quiet nights in the middle of hectic schedule and this hotel was perfect. Onsite restaurant was great and the pool was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar tender was more focused on HIS profit line and how "cute and quirky " his one liners were, and tricked us into paying for something we didn't order. A LOT of wink wink ... Dinner cook didn't know how to prepare our dishes, very poor and Very slow. Ours was the only ticket in. It took 25 minutes to produce 2 entrées Was not surprised to see only us and 2 others there during a peek dinner/cocktail hour. Hmmmm Does ANYONE even check to see why sales are low?
