Great location, clean hotel and very nice staff.
There was a huge gap in the room curtain. The giant street light bothered me the whole time so I had to tie the curtains with my hair tie.

The location was close to the beach without the excessive beach prices.

Staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and worked so hard to accommodate all the guests. One or two even worked double shifts. We are so grateful! Breakfast was wonderful, pool felt terrific, location was very convenient both to visit Panama City beach and our in-laws in Panama City / St Andrews.
There is some wear and tear on the property. Faded paint, walls have not been painted in a while, both in the room bathrooms and hallways. Carpets look like they could be replaced soon to freshen up. Elevator also seemed to have intermittent issues. It would take a long time to go down and hesitate before doors opened

It was close enough to the beach. The staff was very pleasant. The room was fine too.

most important was very clean , good and nice beds , staff was vey nice we stayed for 5 nights , breakfast everyday they had different and everyday was very hood breakfast with lots of options we are happy we stayed here for my children soccer tournament

The bathroom was old the shower was rusty and the room I was in it was so noisy which caused me to not have a good night
