The room was dirty, the bed had stains on it, the curtains didn't even shut, it smelled bad, and overall wasn't worth the 70 I paid for

Rude desk clerk , Rude housekeeping do not respect guest . They even attempt to argue out of their poor quality service and bad attitude . Housekeeping Harassing the guest hours before check out with or without a do not disturb sign . Desk clerk shouting at guest just because they say they wont to be disturbed even with a do not disturb sign . Smells like marijuana and cigarettes when you walk in the lobby and hallways . Toilet and bathtub was stopped up and they did not care.

The morning staff was great. The cleaning ladies were outstanding!!

The room did not have a phone in it to reach the front desk. There was no wifi info (password) info in the room or on the room card sleeve. I called the motel on my cell phone several times during the night shift and no one answered.

When we got there, there were people standing outside smoking. A rock propped open the stairwell door. There were no rooms clean for us. The person who checked us in found a room and took us to look at it the door wasn't shut or locked. The bathroom was dirty and needed repair. There was no breakfast.

There was no breakfast and it was not told to me at check-in. the asceticism of the entrance need a super lot of attention, dirty and grass growing in flower beds and around the parking lot.

There was no breakfast. The room I was given was disgusting. Bath tub hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. Bugs on the ceiling on the bed there were 4 throw pillows instead of 2 to 4 regular pillows. I had asked for a handicap room and was told there were none. So I asked for a room on the first floor she said there were none. After seeing my room I called 2 or 3 times no answer so I went down to the desk and the clerk was talking to some guy. So I went back and came down again and she's outside still talking to the same person. I sat in 0the chair all night didn't get much sleep. All I could think of was "I can't believe I spent $90.00 on this pig sty". I will never stay at any of your hotels again that makes me sad and I'm telling everyone I know alot of whom travel often

I put what I didn't like in the what did I like box sorry There was nothing that I liked about this place.

They wouldn't even check me in because they were using the computer for other reasons... then I couldn't get a refund

I ended up not staying and changing hotels. I never received my refund either come to think of it.

The sheets had a stain, there were flies in the room, and the bathroom didn't look to clean either.

The hotel room was clean and quiet.

After checking in I found out that the pool was closed and the hotel was not offering breakfast because of Covid restrictions. I asked if I could get a discount on my room rate because of this and was told they could not because I booked online. They should not have advertised free breakfast if they could not offer it.

The location, right off of the interstate. We stayed here a few years back and it was nice.

Walked in the front door and there were boxes of furniture everywhere, half opened, parts laying around. If you’re in the middle of a remodel and still open for business, try to keep the front entry area looking presentable. Front desk lady told us the elevator wasn’t working. Floors were dirty, walls were dirty, just needed someone to clean, really well. Inside the room wasn’t as dirty but the bedspread was old and had smudges on it, the curtains were missing several of their clips, so not hanging straight, cigarette stains on the bathtub. And the next morning we went down for breakfast and there was no breakfast but online it is advertised as having breakfast. So we went back and got our suitcase and left and never once saw an employee. There was a little box sitting on the counter for you to drop your room key in. ???? It was really an odd feeling, like no one was even there working. I wish I would have taken photos.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

Elevator was down, pool was closed and we weren't told in advance, first room smelled like death so we got a 2nd one that was at least clean.

No breakfast AT ALL, but it was advertised. WAY overpriced, bathtub was dirty. Floor, sink dirty. No liner in trash can. No employees in sight when I left.
