They accommodated our pet parrot, offered complimentary popcorn, and gave us bottles of water for our road-trip when we checked out. So awesome!!

Location was great. Really nice view. Great balcony and barbecue

Due to a medical condition I need a recliner. They called me to see if everything was ok . In there advertising it showed a recliner in this room so I paid an extra $70.00 for the room. They called and said they don’t think there was a recliner but would see what they could do. And call me back there was no return call. They did nothing, when I checked in they new nothing about my condition. Live and learn I would not stay there again…

I loved how close it was to town

The bathtub and bathroom was a little outdated, but still nice.

I loved the nature surrounding the premises. Really friendly staff and my kids loved the pool (temperature controlled). Everything is so closes just minutes away (walking). We really loved it.

Staff was lovely and we enjoyed our room. Breakfast right up stairs was nice too. Kids enjoyed the pool!

What I would like to give as an observation is that the curtains in the bedroom are too short and the light enters directly into the face as soon as it dawns, disturbing the rest, and also the bed sheets are very cold for a place like you are in a Estes park..

The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and the Main Street.

Would have enjoyed a public area. Was awake one evening and didn't want to awaken my family with a reading light.

The staff was friendly, the room was warm, the coffee was nice, it was peaceful in the area.

The facilities are outdated. The room was small, only one chair available. The COVID-19 excuse for reduced cleaning staff is a bad one. The complimentary breakfast is poor, but better than nothing. The pool area has signs "no drinks allowed", although people were drinking inside. When we told the staff about it, they said it was okay to drink there, as long as it is not from a glass. Please make up your mind about the exact rules. All surrounding inns/hotels have a sidewalk on their property, and somehow this one doesn't. So going by foot to/from the downtown area is uncomfortable and unsafe. The lights in the room did not work. The beds are so tall, that getting in and out of one is a literally climb. The pillows are not for side sleepers for certain
