Breakfast had limited selection. Coffee and hot water were Luke warm and not warm enough. Liked the hair dryer

WIFI connection was weak. I had to turn it off on my phone to use it with my lap top. Couldn’t use both at the same time. Not enough light in the room.

First room we got, was not cleaned at all. Switched us rooms and did not match the bed request as the first room. 1st room double queen 2nd room single king for 4 guest. Room was next to the pool which was good except the pool closes at 11pm and it took me three calls to the desk before the last one at 1230am for them to kick people out of the pool for quiet time.

Loved the King Suite! People at front desk were super nice and friendly! Decent breakfast!

Hot tub was cold on second day but was fixed by that evening. Not so good security. Some people brought lots of relatives with kids to pool who were not paying guests. They blocked open gate to plaza with rock and we’re running wild! Not so relaxing!

Was triple charged for 2 nights stay, family came into town for medical appointments, staff was very unsupportive of mistake, did not want to take any responsibility. Ended up being overdrafted in checking account, we were visiting from out of town, and because they charged us x3 i had no money to return home (gas expenses, etc). Family of 6 were left with no where to stay and no money, I had to ask them to PLEASE help by letting us stay another night until transactions were reversed. took 3-4 days for money to come back onto card. Was very disappointed in the lack of care and consideration for guests. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff had total disregard for their mistake the property manager would not even speak to me over the phone, had to go through several front desk staff and assistant managers and did not want to take action to make up for it. Would never stay at this hotel again, which is disappointing because it was very nice, needs new management ASAP!
