The staff was very accommodating for hat they had to offer.

A Lot! No coffee in the room nor even an ice bucket. If you can find the hotel you'll be lucky! If you need Ice you'll need your own container and you must return to the 1st floor to get it. The entire hallway and room reeked of tobacco smoke. The only rooms available due to football game and Pop's Day at the University. Burn holes everywhere curtain barely hanging. AC face detached and control cover laying in the floor. Although it had a cooktop, full size fridge/freezer (no ice trays) Kitchen sink and microwave no utinsils, pots, pans nor dishes. No Do Not Disturb sign! After getting in after midnight and trying to relax (with no comfortable chairs) we were awakened 2x by housekeeping

Management and morning staff was very disrespectful and rude. When a concern arose they were so quick to throw false accusations and demands towards you then they were to come ask what was up and or come be informative. We had already stayed there 2 1/2 weeks with no issues with our service dog, when they came pounding on the door to inform us that we have to make them potty across the way in the field. Now we get that and told them we would do that. We had been making sure to clean up behind them being respectful the whole time we had stayed there. The next day my son took them out in the morning where dogs had not potties for 8 hours and one of them couldn't make it across to the field before peeing in the grass under a tree that was in a parking lot center grass patch( which was away from the building). The GM proceeded to scream out the window at my son, when he came and told me I went to speak with them. Not only did they completely try and tell me my dogs were pet and not service animals they proceeded to tell me that service animals are trained better. I told her I'm sorry would you like to hold your pee for 8 hours and then be told you can't pee in that toilet and pee on demand no you wouldn't. I showed them their service dog registration IDs and that's when the front desk lady decided she was going to put her two cents in and try to tell me what I shouldn't shouldn't do. That's one of my fiance heard the commotion from the second floor stairwell to come down to hear them yelling at me for no reason when I wasn't yelling. When he got down there and spoke and said what's the problem here there's no need to not yelling the GM proceeded to say I wasn't yelling he said sounds like it was to me. She said no my voice was just elevated because of this glass I wasn't yelling.

Very affordable for the long stay.

Elevator was down for 2 days and we were on the top floor.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice place and comfortable room and kitchen was big. Staff was friendly

The counter we had was burned on a part of it. other than that it was exactly what we were needing for our things and food while we waited a few days for our apartment to be ready.

How clean it was, how friendly the house keepers were

The fact that a dog that came up to my hips could be there even though it barked at everything and everyone but my puppy was a problem
