The location was clean and well maintained.

The excessive piercings upon the face of the woman whom was working at the front desk in the morning.

Stayed for 4 nights. Never saw the cleaning staff until a half hour before we checked out.

Absolutely nothing. I’m extremely upset.

There was no eggs or bacon left, there was an hour and a half left of breakfast. The pool was not filled with water when we showed up at 4. They had to call a maid to see if our room was clean even though it was an hour after check in time. When we went to our room it looks like some of did a very brief cleaning. There was stuff on the floor, the tv remote had cross build up on it. We didn’t even want to touch it. Our sheets had hair in them. We slept on top with our our blankets. We found a bag of half eaten cotton candy in the room. The halls and stairways looked like they had not been cleaned since the place had been opened. I all lost slept in the car. I’m not a super picky person either but this is the worse place I have ever stayed. I almost stayed in the car. I wish I could have gotten my money back and went else where. The reviews on this place must have been bought because I chose here off of reviews but the reviews and place did not match at all!

it was close to silver wood, it had a pool & a jacuzzi! breakfast was included. The location was great! only stayed 1 night, but we would stay again!

the door lock wasn’t working properly

Super comfy bed & pillows. Hot tub & pool were perfect temps. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Breakfast eggs & meat could be better quality but enjoyed the other items.
