Very clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. Owners were nice☺️. Food was good.

I’m going to be very honest. You have to be careful when you hire people who will just hand keys out without even checking records. I was in a first floor room. The night before I was in a different Wyndham and on the second floor. I mixed the room number up and asked for a key to 208. He gave me a copy of that person’s key. I went to my room and my key did not work. If I was dishonest, I could have just entered the other room and take whatever. Or worse. Now the cleaning lady was very nice. But she too opened the door to my room without verifying my identity. I’m very careful about that. I’m a sexual assault victim with a stalker and two of your people could have let him in my room. I also have a girl who stays in the same hotels I do so she can steal my documents and money. This app allows people to change the dates AFTER the stay. That is probably how your room 208 was occupied. Because the key I had from the previous night opened the door at your hotel. And I was charged for two rooms at each hotel. The keys can be reprogrammed. You are losing money because those rooms are not being paid for by the correct customer. I requested a refund for one of those rooms and did not get it. I was alone. I had one room. 108. Those girls are smoking and everything else in those rooms. And turning tricks. I was charged for their carelessness.

-Close to US-30 -Front Desk personnel is nice -Bed and sheets are OK. -Room provided with a small shampoo, conditioner and soap. -Room is wide -Adequate Towels provided

Parking Lot: -Wide but a lot of shady people hanging out outside (at the back of the hotel) Room: -Door double lock is broken; -Floor is VERY dirty with dirt and coins on the bottom on the side of my bed, -A/C is super old, it makes a lot of noises, and rusted; -Microwave is provided but it’s not working; -Curtains looks like it has nasty blood stains and Food stains. -Quality of Air inside the room is definitely not clean. Has some weird smell. Bathroom: -LOOKS new-ly painted and fixed. -Shower knob is falling off. iIs hard to control the water with a broken knob; -If you like HOT shower only, this for you. Just be ready on how hot it is. You might have a better luck on the bathroom sink. Towel Rack just fell on me when tried to grab my towel. Breakfast: -don’t expect too much, just eat enough for a light breakfast before you hit the road. Just go to Denny’s.

We stayed in a large room with nice furnishings. The king m-size bed was comfortable . The room included a microwave, refrigerator, a desk and desk chair, and an easy chair. The desk clerk and manager were both very nice.

A large percentage of the people. staying at the hotel were construction workers, which is not a problem, except that they didn’t wipe their boots before coming inside, so they tracked a LOT of red dirt into common areas, making those floors dirty.

The location was good. It was right off the interstate.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. The water in the shower was lukewarm.

When we arrived the elevator was out of order. So we used 3 flights of stairs to carry our luggage up. The gym was out of order. Also, when booking the photo showed a double bed with a pull out couch, we had a small double bed room. Which would have been fine if it wasn't for there being 2 adults and 4 children. When my step daughter went down to ask for a cot, they said they would bring one right up. Hours went by and they never brought one, so I went down 3 flights of stairs only to be told they didn't have any available.... they also have a pool but it was full of leaves.
