Hele fijne lokatie. Geweldig personeel, hele fijne bedden en voor New York een ruime kamer. Bedden sliepen heerlijk. Middenin de stad maar geen last van herrie, heerlijk rustig kunnen slapen na de lange dagen in de stad. Hele veilige lokatie met genoeg eettentjes in de buurt en op loopafstand van grand central. Super centrale lokatie en veel is op loopafstand. Echt een geweldig hotel om deze stad te bezoeken.

I like the water machine and bottles that you could fill on each floor. I liked the lounge area.
I left my SOuth African socks in the bed one day and it disappeared out of my room. I tried calling the reception on numerous occasion and you rather get to a outside central board..you get transferred and no one helps you! One manager at the front desk told me one night that he would find out and get back to me…to date no one did. The cleaning ladies don’t speak English at all and therefore cannot assist you.

Perfect location and the room was so fresh and clean! Compact but had everything you need. Each staff member was very helpful and friendly.

There was no restaurant, but I knew that in advance and it was fine. Good breakfast places within 5 mins walk.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem. Auf dem Flur gab es kostenloses Wasser zum Selbstabfüllen. Das Personal war behilflich und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich weniger als fünf Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof (Manhattan) entfernt und es gibt einige gute Cafés und Restaurants im näheren Umfeld. Last, but not least, war es möglich , eine weitere Nacht in dem Zimmer zu bleiben, nachdem der Flug ausgefallen ist.
Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer werden nur ohne Frühstück angeboten.

Great location (very close to subway station, central Times Square and Grand Central), water bottle filling stations and complementary washing facilities.
Lack of staff presence! We had to check ourselves in and had to request housekeeping services (amenities like toilet roll, towels, coffee etc are not replenished or bins emptied, you need to request this service). In a hotel, this is an expected service (especially when staying for 5 nights!). There was no sanitary bin in the bathroom and the shower worked well but the handle was broken. Everything was very tired in the hotel rooms: scratches on walls, paint chips, ripped bedsheets. Basic amenities like a safe and fridge were not present. The mirrors were very awkwardly located and impractical and the lack of electrical sockets was a bit of a problem.

Camera di dimensioni standard, arredamento un po' vintage. Non c'è colazione. Personale disponibile.
Non viene pulita la camera se non lo si chiede espressamente alla reception. Se non lo si sa, si rimane anche senza sapone e carta, Sembra che a NY sia così presso molti hotels, ma lo trovo inconcepibile in linea generale e considerato il costo degli alberghi in questa città.

La posizione consente di visitare gran parte di manhattan a piedi e in ogni caso la metro è a 2 passi, inoltre i servizi offerti sono ottimi in ottica di risparmio, grazie alla possibilità di riempire acqua illimitatamente e grazie alla macchinetta presente nella sala comune al 27esimo piano che offre sempre caffè, tè e latte quindi ottima per la colazione.
La cosa che migliorerei è il phon in dotazione nelle camere (troppo poco potente) e valuterei la possibilità di inserire uno scaldasalviette che altrimenti asciugare gli asciugamani dopo la doccia diventa problematico

-Staff was super attentive - kudos to Sofiana who really assisted us after the long flight we had :-)
-Room had a great size for NY standards - bathroom was recently renovated which was a plus
-The room had a Nespresso machine and the hotel also served great coffee on the lounge ont he 27th floor
-COnvenient location very close to several stores, market, pharmacy, restaurants
-Very close to the subway
Overall above my expectations, would stay here again
-A ini fridge would have definetly been a plus in the room;
-Carpet was a humid underneath the breakfast nook;

I loved how the staff went above and beyond. For example, I needed to warm up my food, and because I let the staff at the front desk know they had a microwave delivered to my room!!
My room wasn't cleaned in between days, and I did not get fresh towels...I was not aware if I had to request this or not, most places do this without having to request it.

I had a very pleasant stay. Located very close to Grand Central. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was more than comfortable for a 2 night stay. I didn't check out the club lounge, but appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and the filtered water available on each floor. Whilst the room was on the smaller side, there was more than enough room for me to store my suitcase and move around. There was not too much to complain about - the price was great, and location and overall amenities were fantastic. The ability to store luggage for the day was also appreciated. Thanks for a great stay.

Easy to check out, good location.
My room was not ready at the time of check-in and the guy at the reception asked me to wait for few hours and get a better room on the higher floor. I left my luggage and came back in 3-4 hours and at the reception there was another guy, who tried to check me into the rooms at the 4th floor. After debating, they gave me a room at 12th floor.
In the room itself I didn't have a bathroom curtain (it was on the floor) and no one ever installed it back on request

Quarto do hotel muito bom, água disponível no corredor de cada andar. A localização é maravilhosa, pode fazer muita coisa a pé, ou pegar o metrô, com a estação Grand Central ao lado. Diversos restaurantes bons pela volta.

The hotel is very convenient to Grand Central. Hotel room was small but clean.
The heating/cooling system was so LOUD it sounded like a jet engine every time it kicked on. It kept me up all night the first night and the second night I checked out early and took the train home. Not really a great experience

Great location, easy check-in, friendly staff, small gym but has everything, yoga mat in room, nespresso machine.
first room was very noisy due to 24/7 industrial ventilator outside. I got new room, much better but the mattresses were sagging. One resembled a hammock, the other was acceptable but not great.
