The breakfast was good. I love the waffles! Juice cups a little small. I mean 3-4 oz cups for drinks? At least 6 ozs. For juice. And the rubber eggs.. give em up. The rest was fine without em. Other wise pleased.

The location and convenience of our visit, was the most important thing. Room was immaculate and the continental breakfast was good, although the meat could have been different. Our room was cleaned and beds made everyday. They must have had elves watching when we left for breakfast because when we came back, everything was spic and span. I love that it was located right by the highway
For the breakfast, it could have lasted until 10am instead of 9 because it was pretty congested at 8:30. I think it said no food to be taken to room, but some people had no place to sit and took their food back. Also, they can switch up the meat. I had sausage 4 days, maybe some bacon or ham.

Lamp shades looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Two light bulbs were out in my room.

Ok, a little sad that the price was higher than expected… of course it seems all businesses are gouging customers since Covid. Too bad, so sad.
Would have been nice to have oatmeal already cooked.
The room had a odor. Don’t know what it smelled like… it just smelled.

Room 111 needs some attention from maintenance, security lock needs to be replaced, hook on bathroom door broke away from door, front desk staff spoke broken English and couldn’t help with concerns, AND he had to kill a roach on one of the corridor walls.

Location was perfect for us close to a variety of restaurants and our other business.
The rooms were very nice my only complaint is the commodes in the bathroom are for children too low for anyone of height and elderly. Please replace with handy toilets ☺️

The room was comfortable
I don’t know if they didn’t change bedding or they washed it in detergent that my body doesn’t agree with but I started breaking out especially on my right side.

It was OK. Beds were comfortable.
You could hear the people above you walking around. There was an awful smell in the hallway this morning. The beds were high which made it hard on the elderly family member to get in & out of. Would be nice to have a recliner in the room, as many people sleep in them because they can't sleep in a bed.

I can highly recommend this hotel. it’s a great location, the rooms are spacious and very clean. I did not hear any hall or neighbor noise. the bfast has a variety of hot and cold foods. it was the same everyday but was good I like it so no problem. there are sausage Pattie’s, egg Pattie’s, biscuits, yogurt, toast, instant grits/oatmeal, several juices and make your own waffles. everything was constantly restocked. pool is nice and I had to myself. only slightly neg was my fridge stopped working, but within 30 mins I had a brand new one right out of the box!! that was great service. I’ll probably be back in the area in a few weeks and will def book my stay for here. thanks!!
