Property is well kept for the price. Rooms are decent. Location is great only a walk up from beach and boardwalk

I wish it had more perks. Pool is lacking, no bar, coffee place closed on site.

This was our second year in a row staying here. My son and I have been driving down from Buffalo, NY to OC Maryland for 3 years now. The staff is amazing! The facilities are so clean, and the location is great!

The ONLY thing I don't like about the facilities, is the parking lot in back. The spots are too close together and you often have to slowly pull in and out several times to park, or get out of your space.

Walking distance to boardwalk and beach.

Mattress was lumpy

We liked everything! The room was nice and clean. The location was great we walked everywhere and didn't have to move the car at all. The staff was so nice and helpful. They had a small coffee pot that made one cup at a time and they supplied the coffee which was the same Starbucks I drink at home. I loved the big shower, the whole bathroom was nice and big. There was a huge closet for clothes and suitcases with an iron and ironing board. The bed was big and vert comfortable I sleep so good which is rare for me. We got in town 3 hrs. early and our room was ready so they let us check in that was a plus. also a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Room: The room and bathroom were both clean. View was good. Location: Great. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Beach: Only need to cross one street for access.

NO small table or chairs to eat or have a drink at in the room. Smallest refrigerator I've ever had in a room. Way overpriced for how small the room was. Parking lot terrible. Trucks should positively be banned from this lot. Very difficult to park since you have to go back and forth multiple times just to get in a spot. Not enough large carts to use for luggage/items to get them to the room.
