good location for my stay in Portland

1st room AC blower did not work. Needed to change rooms. Black mold in shower! Walls really thin. Could hear neighbors chatting while going to sleep.

It was clean in the lobby and didn't smell. Rooms were ok nothing fancy.. The restaurant next door was good.

The rooms could be upgraded some like paint, carpet, the 3rd floor hallway floors were sketchy, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we choose to pass.

The beds were comfortable and location to Nashville.

Breakfast was gross. Pull out bed was disgusting had stains and dried food all over it. The couch was stained up on the cushions and arms. Found dirty socks and a dirty towel left behind under the bed. Rooms were very very dated. Low water pressure in the shower. Pillows were uncomfortable flat as pancakes. Room was not cleaned daily had to call and ask for linens for pullout after asking for a replacement couch/bed. Hallways were dirty ceilings looked like they had leaks. Smelled musty and like cheap cleaning supplies. To pay $700 for 3 night stay I expected a little more.

Location was nice. Lobby was clean. Most of the staff was very nice.

Owner was the rudest person I've ever met in the hotel business. Room was clean on the surface, but wasn't deep clean, lots of crumbs, dust, stains, etc. Found a roach in the drawer. Concerns were completely dismissed by owner.

The breakfast was good with a good variety of options. The location of the breakfast area is centrally located.

The room was a little musky smelling on entry of the room but overall, the room was very nice.

I loved the woman Beverly Reid and the way she took care of us!!!!

The breakfast was very good. Impressive and not the normal breakfast. Brewsters right nextdoor was nice as well.

About the only thing that we liked about the stay at the sure stay plus hotel. Best Western in Portland was that they had an inside pool. However, let me mind remind you that it was not warm at all.

We arrived at the motel to find that the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. I'm talking orange. I'm assuming residue from previous stays and using their products mold, there were rips in the sheets, and there were cockroaches. Also, might I add the walls are very thin and the neighbors next door and the people upstairs were extremely loud up until late hours .When we told the front desk about our situation with the noise control they said they would take care of it. It was never taken care of. And when we presented the issue with the uncleanliness of the bathroom and the cockroaches, we were basically just given excuses. No combinations, no nothing. I do not suggest staying in this motel.

It was a nice hotel, the room size was big. it offered a room with a jacuzzi tub and there was a pub/restaurant next to it.

it was a little out of the way to get to the hotel but getting back in the highway was right there. They are in the process of making an exit to the hotel.

Comfy rooms and pool

Room service doesn't come regularly even when asked. Closed breakfast early multiple times! Was told I couldn't book for next week because they was full but they got 8 rooms on booking. Com and on best western website!
