It was clean staff was friendly

The mattress was very hard. I felt like the non-dog rooms had better mattresses. I travel with a service dog.

Nice employes great location

Failure to warn customers ahead of time about a hundred dollar security deposit. That was still never returned to my card, going on the 5th day I’ve checked out now.

The staff were friendly at check in and the lobby was clean and pleasant looking. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. And, the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices!

The bathroom sink faucet was hard to pull on and was a bit grungy. The light above the shower didn’t work. The bag for the hairdryer seemed dirty with stains. Also, the headboard seemed to have an oily spot from a head that leaned against it above the pillows.

Staff was very professional. Quiet atmosphere.

Room was dirty. (Other than the beds) blood on curtain. Plastic bag covered the fire alarm. Which I removed. A phone cord fell behind the nightstand. When we tried to retrieve it, we moved the nightstand and it was disgusting. I have pictures of your interested.

Well furnished room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Never ending big breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. Nice selection juices. Hotel exterior and interior all new.

Air conditioner was noisy. The shower leaked out all over the bathroom floor. The hotel was 3 stories, one elevator. Parking lot was small, at least around the one entry door. The elevator was slow and when the door was closing scraped and made scratching sounds.

Free breakfast... hot water

Pool wasn't cleaned, outside door was noisy and the huge spiders and crickets all o er the place. In the room, by the back door, in the hallway

The first thing was we were assigned the same room as the people checking in before us. We were on the elevator together and went to same room, 211. I went back to desk and got another room 209. At 3:33 a.m. people unlocked door and were at the foot of my bed, then left. I called front desk and could hear same people at front desk saying there were people in 209. Needless to say I did not go back to sleep, also because of singing cricket I could not find. I did kill 2. Reported issues as we checked out and expected some sort of compensation A free room would be nice as I return to doctor on Sept 13.
