no housekeeping they knock on the door and ask if you need something. and no vending machines

Easy to check in.

No hangers for clothes, no blow dryer for hair. No clean towels brought to us and they didn't get trash out of rooms during our stay

staff was nice. close to the beach

smell. broken bed. door didn’t lock. small overnight lobby smelt extremely bad like weed. low water pressure. stupid outdoor light shines right into the room

that it was cheap. It was decent. and it did what it needed to do.

Cost was very comparable

Front desk employee was obnoxious, had a passive aggressive tone in her speech, and doesn't understand the need in professionalism, in that she was not shy about speaking poorly about a coworker with another employee while customers were present. Gossip and berating anyone, much less a colleague leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth I declined to go forth with my plans I'd had previously to continue booking our business' upcoming 9 month project with this hotel specifically due to the lack of care and simple professional demeanor during this first/only experience. Cost them a continuous and confirmed several thousand dollars a month in taking business elsewhere.

Stayed twice. Three days before Thanksgiving $218 Four days after Thanksgiving. $459 Same room.

Everything was pretty clean. Location is nice and staff was nice.

During our 3 day stay there were 2 live cockroaches that I killed and one dead one on the floor when we arrived.. Unfortunately, those things just happen no matter how clean. The room and beds were very clean. Mattress protectors on all beds and the linens smelled of bleach which was a plus. Only true downfall I have is we never received our $100 security deposit back in our checking account. I even cleaned our room before checking out because I hate leaving a mess. Overall, it was a good family stay for a cheap, quick, vacation to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had extra guests in our room which meant we needed extra towels and such each day. This was done automatically after the first request. Upon arrival, they greeted us and gave information about local tourist attractions and places to eat. I cannot say enough about the staff!

Honestly, my only complaint is that the towels were rough. They could use a bit of fabric softener.

Close to beach

People doing drugs in the parking lot. Weed smoke coming into our room. Broken glass in parking lot. Paint peeling off the whole tub.

Staff was concerned of my health situation

Bathtub with toilet not big enough n pillows were not comfortable at all no table with chairs to sit down no iron or ironing board

Staff was very nice

The other guests in room 114 next to mine was very rude and disturbing. Also the door didn't seem to lock securely.

There were roaches in our room , the restrooms were dirty.

Pool was very nice. The location was pretty great. The staff was helpful.

Roaches in the room. Terrible shower. Uncomfortable beds.

Location, cleanliness, I was able to bring my dog by. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

I liked the fact that when we got into our room an realized air unit not working they moved us. The maintenance man was nice and front desk clerks are always very nice. Pool is always kept clean along with our room.
