Friendly staff great location for what I needed
Unfortunately the smell of pot was staggering on the 3rd floor and elevator. It was hideous..

The front desk clerks was wonderful and very friendly.
The AC unit wasn't working properly. It didn't get cold so it made me very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Overall it’s was good. We were staying here for the Rock the south event. We had five of us staying in a queen bed suit. The room was spacious considering the amount people we had. The beds were very hard. We also had some issue with our TV and it was clean for the most part. The bathroom also didn’t have good ventilation. Could of used a fart fan with the amount of boys we had lol. Our biggest issue we’re the beds. But still had a good stay!
Beds, bath not having a vent, could have been a bit cleaner.

the breakfast was great, multiple waffle makers, chicken biscuits saturday morning and sausage and biscuits sunday morning! room was very clean facilities were nice!
Looked liked they had a pipe busted in the hallway and a few tiles were down and a garbage can was fixed to catch draining water. would have like to saw this dealt with sooner rather than bandaging it.

The elevator needed some maintenance. The toilet in our room needed maintenance. When you turned on the bathroom faucet there was a knocking sound in the wall….I think it needed maintenance! Sheets on bed in bad shape(Dingy)! All carpeting needs to be replaced in the entire motel!

Quincy the front desk clerk is very professional. He is informative on any concerns or questions you may have. I have stayed here a few times and he has greeted me with a warm smile and welcome each time. That says a lot about his character and professionalism.
The breakfast at this location is also very good. I didn’t catch her name but the cook made sure you were satisfied and the cleanliness was a plus. I will always choose this hotel whenever I come into town
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property. I stay here often and it’s always my first choice

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The room had all the things we needed! The facility was close to shopping and dining and to my grandchildren's home which was the main purpose for our visit!
Maid service every three days! no where to hang you damp towel! other wise great facility!
