place is a total rip off! fIrst you charge for every little thing nothing included except coffee and then the prices on everything were at least double but most 3 times what it normally cost! 5 bucks for a 20oz coke is stupid. 4 bucks for a skittles 4bucks for a muffin you guys suck and i'll never go to another aloft should be named A HOLD UP!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was gorgeous and so clean.

Easy access to parking and location.
The mattress was broken down and worn out. It lead to a bad night sleep and a backache the next day. I would recommend they check their mattresses and replace.

We booked for 2 days in advance ( king) check in was told kings weren't available due to out of order ? Double bed it is. Room a little weird layout. Dog hair on the pillow. Tv did work for a while. Phone in room has no way of reaching front desk.

Only needs to add a microwave to the room for reheating food. Otherwise, perfect.

Very nice facility and staff. Great location.
It was a bit misleading about the breakfast. It might have been us not understanding it, but the breakfast can get spendy at $2 for the cereal and extra for the milk, etc.

Needed ear plugs if room is facing highway. Should at least offer free continental breakfast in am.

Semi close to the Walmart amp.
I had upgraded my room in jan 2023 and they didn't notify the hotel about that. Thank God the had one room left cause there was 4 of us.

I did not like that the room didn't have a microwave for warming up my food. That is a must have when I travel. Considering the cost of the rooms I assumed that there would one.

Everything, so clean and nice, beautiful decor, cozy, very inviting, evening cocktails and music. Bed was COMFY. Hallways were quiet at night.
