Staff is friendly and attempts to make us as comfortable as possible.
Breakfast was limited. I felt uncomfortable when another customer was complaining about not being able to bring breakfast up to room.

Everything. The staff was friendly and patient (had tv issue). The breakfast was amazing, fruit, sausage and eggs, etc. when we checked in, there was an issue (my fault) and Chrissy ( check in lady) went above and beyond to assist us, and she did. We will absolutely stay at THIS Best Western. Thanks🤗🤗🤗
The room we stayed in was newly renovated and it was close to the office, so it was a bit dark, bit other than that, we had a great experience.

The breakfast was a disaster. The waffle maker burned and there was not enough of anything for the people trying to get breakfast.
From the socks under the a/c units from previous customers to the uncomfortable mattress, to the breakfast nightmare.. everything was a big nope!

The location was a little bit far from the beach. I didn’t have a car. My relative pick me from the hotel.

I requested a cancellation for the 2nd night and have not heard back. I checked out on Saturday at 9 am. I sent an email and left a message to cancel but no response back from a booking.com. I would like one night credit and my $100 credit as soon as possible,

the location was somewhat near PCH and the event we were attending that day.
Older, outdated property. Pillows were horrible and only a bed sheet with a thin cover. coffee maker worked but had to use tap water so it was pretty bad. only stayed one night and couldn’t wait to get home and check out.
