The second room I got was good! I was very thankful for the staff accommodating me! The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was awesome! Staff was pleasant.

When I got there the room was just getting clean but they accommodated me and that was enough to make me happy. I parked on the side of the building and noticed someone had been messing with my car. I let the receptionist know. I parked my car near the cameras after that and had no issues. Should have known better, but I was not expecting to have people mess with my car either. SO FYI, park where your car is in camera view. I had no issues after that. I would have given it a 10 but because of my car issue I was a little paranoid but I was determined to have a little vacation and enjoy it.

OMG !! Everything, location, beach front view, the staff. Everything except the weather! There was heavy non stop rain & hurricane winds,freezing cold - all 3 days I was there .

Just the weather . But I still had a good time because I was there to see family.

The indoor pool was closed due to a telephone issue. I was disappointed that I couldn't take my children to the pool, especially since that was the main reason I booked this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Direct access to the beach. Staff went above and beyond. For a non ocean front room we had a fantastic view of the beach.

A lot of non dairy creamer and coffee pods in the room. I like coffee all day.
