It was clean and quiet the view was nice my kids loved the pool the breakfast buffet was good
There’s no microwave in the room there’s only one and it’s in the lobby you have to wait in line to use it

Location
That rooms are not cleaned daily and that the property was to run down. Breakfast was very poor and totally unattended. Seems like the property is understaffed and property needs maintenance.

It was clean
There is no easy way to get there. I took a taxi and it was $17 - mind you it was 1.4 miles to the airport. I was charged $25 to go back to the airport no change , still 1.4 miles. This was without a tip. Highway robbery.

The frontdesk was very friendly and efficient. I liked that they were directly reachable via phone and not only through some hotline. The rooms are decently sized and well-requiped. Also they're clean, the bed is relatively big and the location is ideal to fly out from MIA, as we did, as the Airport is literally right across the street. Overall recommendation.
The rooms are starting to become a bit dated and a renovation is probably due in the next few years. Depending from where you're coming from, the hotel is pretty hard to find. The road you need to take is between a one way road that you can't enter, and the the entrance of the Embassy Suites hotel. It's really hard to find. If you miss the turn and decide to take a new approach via NW 31st street, be aware that there is a huge pothole right around the corner from NW S River Drive, which made us blow out a tire. Also the hotel is pretty expensive for the airport.

Good location. Terrible breakfast not edible. No one speak English nobody. Very frustrating.
They don’t clean rooms while you are there not one time. Couldn’t get extra towels. They have no room service. The restaurant was never open in the lobby. They say they have a bar but no bartender ever. Nobody spoke English and could help my concerns.

Fitness and breakfast are very good, most of the staff at lobby treated our family Well.
I Can’t use a waterpool because Water was cold. This ruinę my stay. The staff tells me about malfunction at the pool, but later that day in the gym i talked to another guest who tells me the pool is broken more then one month. So the information about hotel standards is not true in my opinion.

Easy checkin and check out. Comfy bed and room. Good place to stay near the airport, which is what we were looking for as we waited for our next-day family arrivals.
Really difficult to find the entrance! Honestly, why make me pay for parking? That is ridiculous.

Le personnel n’est pas agréable, pas de navette aéroport, parking très cher et non surveillé ni clôturé ( nous avons subi un vol sur la voiture) , pas de nettoyage de chambre pour séjour inférieur à 3 nuits, pas de gel douche dans la chambre, serviettes en nombre insuffisant, coffre fort HS, le pdj n’est pas de qualité .

It took a while for a crib to be brought to the room, I had to ask about it several hours after checking in although I'd requested it prior to booking

the heated pool which my daughter really enjoyed using. It meant we didn't really need to go out as much as the pool was there to keep her amused/occupied.
Not a lot of eating places in the area. You can easily get an uber which meant it was easy to travel around the area if you need to go out. There was ample parking spaces but we decided after having a hired vehicle for a day that driving in Miami was not for us.

1. Room was good with view.
2. Very good breakfast & kitchen staffs are very helpful & prompt. Breakfast menus are good and prepared in advance.

A hotel near the airport should provide a shuttle service. I was a little bewildered to learn that I had to take an Uber to get there for an unexpected overnight layover.

Room was spacious and clean. Even with jets constantly overhead, I could not hear anything when I put on white noise to sleep. The room was well appointed, lots of good pillows, comfy beds, blackout shades, plenty of storage. Bathroom was nice, great shower pressure and good bath products provided plus lots of towels. Pool area was nice with beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was good, even for this vegan. Granola, fruit, Tazo teas. I appreciated the beautiful Le Creuset cookware that held the scrambled eggs. Would definitely stay there again. Also fitness room was convenient.

Not really what I expect from a Hyatt, but seems a new managememt formula. Nice staff. Nice style, but.... Looks like a reasonable successful attempt to upgrade an outdated place. Keep up the effort.
