This place was fabulous!! I was so impressed by how clean it was and the rooms were huge! The free breakfast was super with a wide selections of food. The pool was spectacular and having shopping and restaurants right across the street was super convenient. The restaurant and bar they had by the pool side had great food and drinks also. Loved the free shuttle to the Disney, but wish it ran earlier in the morning, but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the polite staff, you all were awesome. We will stay here again for sure!

La habitación es grande y las camas son muy cómodas, el baño es bastante amplio tambien y se notaba limpio. La pronta atención y servicio de los que hacen parte del hotel, excelente!

El dasayuno debería ser más variable, tener muchas más opciones, sobre todo cuando te quedas por muchos días, no quieres siempre comer lo mismo. La habitación a pesar de sentirse limpia al momento de llegar al igual que el baño, no te cambian sabanas o arreglan el cuarto a diario, no limpian el baño ni sacan la basura. Debes todo hacerlo tú ( aunque debo resaltar que me he quedado en muchos hoteles y es el primero que el baño luce tan limpio al momento de llegar) En cuanto al transporte, llamé antes para averiguar y me dijeron que si ofrecian el servicio y gratuito, cuando llegué al hotel, vaya sorpresa, NO ES GRATIS, DEBES PAGAR POR CADA ASIENTO QUE OCUPES. Mejor es ir a los parques en tu propio carro si lo tienes o agarrar un Uber, sale mas económico si son mas de 2 personas en la familia.

Best Breakfast, Super Clean, Great pool, Tons of fun things, and transportation to Disney. Everything you could want out of a hotel going to Disney

The hotel offers complementary breakfast which was actually good. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Across of it there's a Target and other shopping and dining locations. While the hotel is close to Disney World, it is very far away from Universal Studios.

The toilet was dirty and its bowl had stains that on first sight looked like excrement. Also, there were a couple of maroon/brown stains on the bathroom wall. Finally, one of the pillow cases had 2 small red dots. The cleanliness of the room was lacking and they only do housekeeping every other day.
