Location good for getting back on interstate.
Breakfast not included. Hotel is too expensive for not including breakfast. Will not book here again.

Staff was friendly, common area, common microwave on the floor, location.
The pool area was not clean. We saw hair, false eye-lash, fake nail and an ant colony while in the pool area. Restaurant was not open in the evening as expected. The HVAC in the room was noisy and I did not get much sleep.

Great location! Room was exceptionally clean! Beds were comfy. Staff was always helpful and friendly! Great view from my room.

They can’t see the reservation and type of room selected. They can’t see if was mountain or city view. The staff was able to change my room

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved the comfort of the beds and bedding. Got on the road too early to enjoy breakfast only coffee to go.

Our room was a bit larger than we're accustomed to, and was creatively arranged. The love seat and ottoman were a hit.! Most rooms have 1 chair.

We were traveling from PA to SC and found this place to rest for the night. We had no idea about this state but so glad we found this on Priceline. Absolutely loved the views. Even saw deer from my window. I am big on cleanliness and updated rooms. This is an updated, clean, and comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Reasonable pricing (hope that doesn’t change). Would definitely stay again if I ever travel that way again.
It is right next to a West Virginia baseball field. Not sure if that would impact traffic during baseball season.
Nothing major! If you like soft beds then this is perfect. One suggestion would be to turn the mattresses so there is no dip in the bed. Suggest having both soft and firm pillows on the bed so guests can have a choice for comfort.

The location was good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I do not know what the fragrance was throughout the hotel but everything smelled wonderful.
No microwave in the room. The bed was too firm for my liking.
I didn’t like the fact that you didn’t have a coffee bar like most hotels. Sometimes you don’t want to go through the hassle of making coffee in your room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our shower and it was fixed immediately. The maintenance man was extremely helpful. He noticed our door stuck when it closed and fixed that as well.
I have stayed at this location several times and have always been pleased. I will be back.
