Has a beach front room and loved waking up with the sunrise! Also kept the window cracked so we could hear the ocean all night long. It was such a treat. Big windows facing the ocean made up for there not being a balcony.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were large . Full size refrigerator , stove top and microwave. Coffee in the room and lobby. Pots , pans , dishes and utensils. Comfortable beds. Beautiful swimming pool and deck. Great outside seating area.
No elevator but a dumb waiter for taking luggage and groceries up. Not to bad.

I hate the walk up being on the third floor and the late check in of 4 pm but I understand why it is there.

Not very good parking if you own a pickup parking was limited books a week in advance through booking app and paid twice with the rate was the day I showed up asked if they could do anything with the rate and they told me now that that's the rate that I was stuck with because I booked in advance when I booked it was $300 a night The day I got there the same exact identical room was going for a 116 a night I asked if I could just cancel and rebook the room at that day's rate they told me no that I would be charged a full day if I canceled I would not stay here again

This was out second time staying here. We had a direct ocean from the first time, this time a large ocean view. It is so beautiful to wake up and watch the sunrise from your room. ( First photo is ocean side direct.)
The parking lot there is a little weird. Not bad...just weird. Hard to find anything I don't like.
