Both Robert and Xavier were very friendly and kind when I arrived to the hotel. I was able to easily check in and pay in cash for my room, which they accommodated to my needs. The room was well clean and refreshed as my significant other and I walked in. We were hoth amazed how amazing the staff and the room was! 😊

Very close and convenient for Universal Hollywood. The bed was very comfortable but there was a bug as soon as we walked in.
The employees were very helpful but came off as creepy. They made me sign a contract where I read something in the contract about confirming that the female parties were spouses. I’m not sure if they were just unaware of the way it’s coming off. I’ve never had to check a room for cameras before.

location, friendly staff, parking available outside room. refrigerator and microwave in room were nice.
limited shelf space for luggage/ work - one desk one bench (also two small chairs- not suited to putting luggage but could hold clothing) ... no dresser. side tables were small round - only suited to lamp, water and book.
i found bed a little too soft and tv didn't have smart tech, no netflix/ amazon i could login to.

It was in a perfect location. Only 5 min away from Universal and had a lot of convenience stores at walking distance. The workers were really accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great stuff! Very friendly, good service, they offered me to choose the room which I like better :) Cozy private room, comfortable bed, spacious shower cabin. The territory is nice and clean. Good location, 10 minutes of walk to Universal Studios. The neighborhood is safe even at night time. There is a big Walgreens and Starbucks near the hotel.

The staff were so friendly, the suite was roomy and had nice new furniture, and the shower was great!

stayed by myself. staff were super nice when I checked in. made sure I was setup with WiFi as I was staying for work. room was clean and the bed was comfy. had parking every night. will definitely stay again next time I’m in town for work.
