The shower did not run contulinuously. Breakfast availability was limited. Told they had run out of bread at 7am. Room exceptionally noisy.

Breakfast was good. The room was roomy and beds comfortable.

Parking was not free for guest. Room rate was bit high..but that is New York City I guess.

the rooms are big compared to the ones downtown and they have free breakfast in the morning from 6-9am which is also nice to have.

We found 2 roaches in our first room which was a King Suite and ended up switching to a double queen room. The room also had a weird smell to it but didn’t bother too much.

One of the staff members stole my speaker from my room when I wasn’t there. They didn’t do anything to help me but offer me the video of him going into the room that had a do not disturb but I live all the way in CT so when will I have the time to go back and forth to the police station. That was my only complaint.
