Tout le personnel de l'hôtel que ce soit l'accueil, les serveurs, etc. sont d'une immense gentillesse. Les repas sont bons et copieux. La suite junior est très confortable et propre. Les lits sont grands et agréables. La patinoire est chouette et le bowling drôle.

Rien n'indiquait qu'en période de ramadan la patinoire et le bowling étaient fermés en journée et ouvert qu'à partir de 20h avec supplément. La piscine était aussi fermée. Ils l'ont ouverte exceptionnellement mais j'ai payé un peu dans le vent car l'eau était très froide...

The only thing that drove us mad was a dog out on the streets barking for hours every night... this was not the hotels fault

I did no like that they close the swimming pool at 6:00 pm which is too early we did not enjoy it at all I could say we paid for nothing

When I arrived late at night, the man at the reception was ill-treatment because of the ages of the children 13/15 years old. He said that they were not children in my room reservation.

Very far from everything. Too basic for a 5 star hotel. No hot water, I had to ask to fix it.
