Room have been renovated and relatively clean compare to my last stay before covid 2019. Staff are polite and try to accommodative. Pre-prepared packed breakfast for me as i was out early morning (6am) and only return at 10.30am.

But still need improvement in toilet facility. Huge toilet but wet and less easy drain the floors. Also toilet window shutters are rusty. Dont like as they try to change my room from 413 to 210. But i insisted for same room as 413 and finally given 414.

Very convenient with sufficient parking and not that congested area.

I booked for my parents, they'll like it a lot , my mum even said the staff super friendly and treated them well. I love one thing most with de la fern was they did not picky and bias towards the client. My parents loves it so do I!

Everything was Good. Very helpfull hotel staff especially Elaine & Syikin. Trainee was outstanding too. It's a great experience to be there with wonderful weather and amazing people around to assist. I'm Glad that i choose to stay here. Keep up the Goodwork...

Not enjoyed the stay.

1. We booked and paid for the family suite with mountain view as stated in booking.com, however when we checked in at night time because of all the traffic jam to the hotel, we were told that our family suite is facing the roadside. This is totally unacceptable because we chose this hotel as we have baby and we need a quiet environment to rest. The frontdesk staff told us there is no family suite with mountain view. The informations inside the booking. Com stated the mountain view was misleading. On top of that, the staff told us there was no available rooms at that moment as all the rooms are fully booked. Therefore we were forced to accept the room as we need to settle down baby. The frontdesk staff told us to close the windows to reduce the noise however she think that there is no ventilation if we close the window as the room have no fan or air conditioning. Throughout the whole night the room was surrounded with noisy sounds from the vehicles and we cannot get a proper rest. I feel this is not right as the price we paid for the room doesn't compatible with the room condition. 2. The frontdesk staff who deal with us lacking in problem solving skills and lacking a good attitude when deal with difficult circumstances. She didn't provide us with good solution when all the thing happened. 3. The room was not equiped with sufficient body and hair shampoo. The bath tub is spoiled.
