Not the first time staying at this hotel. Location is excellent and room is big and spacious.

The toilet. Not really clean. Should clean the toilet to make it better

Staff were nice and courteous. They were also responsive when we made requests for extra bed and iron.

The apartment was not clean. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the toilets. Showerhead was falling apart. There was mold. Floor of apartment had stains. Cushions smelled musty. Balcony had nice view but could use a new coat of paint or mold removal. Breakfast was a disappointment. Only had very limited food spread and was not delicious. We skipped the breakfast on the 2nd morning even though we already paid for it.

Great location as it is close to CIQ. The Deluxe King suite was spacious.

Breakfast spread was very limited and the cafe was small. There was mould on the ceiling and water was dripping from it. The shower was faulty and water pressure was awful. The mattress was a tad too hard.

It is near to eateries and shopping mall like City Square and near to CIQ.

It was just too noisy with the jamming at the 24-hour cafe. The apartment is just opposite. It is best if they could have the jamming or karaoke in the cafe rather than outside as it disrupts the occupants’ sleep.

Location. Near to Komtar JBCC, city square. A 24 hours eating place just infront. Very convenient

The toilet a bit kinda run down but things work thou. Would expect better.

Clean and spacious room. Good location with JBCC and City Square just a stone throw away.

Process to claim free parking for guest could have been more hassle free.
