The breakfast is good, but I'm dissatisfied with the services.
The room's appearance seemed good online, but in reality, it's quite horrible and old. I believe it's above +15 years and not suitable for a family stay.

We paid 4500 / night, but it deserve only 2500-3000,
No housekeeping done during our 3 nights stay.
Compliment breakfast is just for name sake with only 2 items with dirty dining, better they can avoid this,
Room bedsheets / towels looks not washed properly
Restroom door / main room hardware's are not fixed properly and cant lock properly

The Hotel is very old and the rooms are not tide and this cost the accommodation is not at all worthy. I booked this hotel with the brand name of Fab but the rooms are look like old drama theatre soo many patches in the wall and cabinets
The bed produces too much noice and the bed sheet given not clean. Overall the price is very high I paid 3k plus for 2 plus one kid.

This hotel definitely did not look what was shown in the pictures, the rooms look very old, broken taps, leaking water, bad linens, used Soaps in bathroom, cleaning not done, worst location, bad ambience, worst view and so on.
