I love the ambiance!
water was not rushing in d bathroom… we didn’t see water to even bath

Hotel owner himself used to be present around specially evening time and he regularly asks if we are comfortable or not, once he even offered couple of drinks on his account. We liked his gesture. Property from outside looks good, location is good, right on the main road, well connected for all direction on Victoria island.
Property isn't well maintained from inside. Rooms are just OK, restaurant staff aren't trained well. All 6 days we had exact same breakfast, no varieties offered. Kitchen staff needs to be quicker in service. Wifi is provided by user name and password printed on small piece of paper, half of them do not work...

The location was pretty nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The freshly cooked meal was tasty. AC was very comfortable.
The WiFi wasn't working, what was very annoying. The shower could be more comfortable. The pool was empty.

I didn't get a room for me and my team mates. So there's nothing to like.
The hotel use to be a hit but now its totally mismanaged. I got they and they had cancelled my booking without giving me prior notice, only for them to refer me to another hotel and that hotel was sub standard. It was a horrible experience and I wish I could get some sort of closure on this.

The location was great, close to super market and restaurants. The Nigerian dishes were delicious. The staff was friendly. The outside tree lights were lovely at night.
The mosquitos were very bad. While sitting in the outside area there were rats going back and forth by the pool. The pool was very outdated, we did not have the desire to swim. The WiFi that was offered was unusable. Our sink was clogged the first few days until maintenance could repair. The refrigerator froze our food and the food had to be thrown away.

Facilitate is rubbish. Bathroom shower need setup.

Low maintenance, the water heater wasn’t working the staff had to boil water for me to bath with, the door, there was leakage from God knows where? The sheets were itchy, the towels were overdue for a change. I simply didn’t get value for my 38k per night, had to change location the next day.
